I could have driven to park city picked up a caramel apple from the Rocky Mountain chocolate factory and come home, and I STILL would have made it home before how long it took to be served here. Foods fine but if you get the workers we had while here, be prepared to invest some time standing around.
I had a disappointing experience at this ice cream shop. Upon entering, I immediately noticed that the air conditioning wasn't working, causing the ice cream to look melted and unappetizing. The entire staff was visibly sweating, which was uncomfortable to see.
The cleanliness of the establishment was a major concern. The floor appeared as if it hadn't been cleaned in days, with visible dirt and debris scattered about.
I felt bad about leaving without making a purchase, so I decided to try their cheesecake ice cream. Unfortunately, I found a hair in my serving, which was completely unacceptable.
If you prioritize cleanliness and proper food handling, I strongly advise against visiting this ice cream shop.

I placed my order for a chocolate devotion. While I was eating it I found a hair in my ice cream omg so gross. The guy was like I can make you another one. I paused for a moment and said no thank you can I just get my money back please. He said he didn't know how to do that and the owner was out of town. He called her a couple of times with no answer.He said let me help these customers while I figure it out. No big deal I didn't mind waiting 20 minutes. So gross ? Hair in my ice cream!!

Bad service. Waited while an employee was training 2 people the other employee was busy making a shake for the trainee. No one even looked our way. A food delivery service driver came in, cut in line and the employee started making their order. We left. Culver’s got my business tonight.

One of the best locations! Chloe is really nice, is always so friendly and one of the first to greet us. The inside, and outside, is always super clean too. Definitely will be back.

Cold stone ABSOLUTELY SUX with DoorDash. They NEVER get the order correct…..
The service at this location has not been the greatest lately. Some employees are rude and they don't seem to care. When I arrived tonight there were two employees standing at the cash register chatting, not even acknowledging we where there. Other employees working on takeout orders. We stood there for sometime before one of the girls chatting at the cash register finally came over to help.I ordered a "love it" banana carmel crunch. I asked to have pecans instead of almonds. What I got was a a "like it" in a "love it" bowl. No banana! Peanut butter sauce instead of Carmel!! They put in peanut butter cups and pecans. The only thing right about my order was pecans!!! What the heck happened there.I chose Cold Stone for my birthday treat tonight. Lucky me! I got home to eat my ice cream to find this disgusting concoction.Horrible service and ice cream.I threw it out!

Cupcakes are overpriced and don't look like the website. Two of the cupcakes here were supposed to have pink frosting just as the website advertised. That wasn't the case with the ones that were given to me. Cupcakes are also supposed to have a layer of cake. There was barely any cake in them. Mostly ice cream. I am glad my kids didn't like them because I will not get more. No one at the store seems to care.

I support the legalization of marijuana, but even if it were legal, it’s not okay in the workplace, plus you need to be 21….In response to the reply- it certainly smelled like it happened in the workplace tonight.

Only reason I gave 1 stars is because the ice cream itself.
Rude and forgetful employees. If you order something through even THEIR website, you'll be missing something. They won't even call you to let you know if they're out of whatever you ordered or to clearify any notes left by customer if they have questions. Just put a sticky note in the bag and not even refund it. Then when you call to let them know and to get a refund but they offer to put your name down for next time. This would be fine, except for the fact that they don't put your name down. Then include rude sticky notes.
Not enough time to type the whole story but heres some of it.
Blue sticky note (picture) is from 2 orders ago. I had a note about a missing bone and that they had put my name on a list. "Please call in to order dog bones. They are not listed on our Doordash menu. Thank you". I order through their app/website because of the rewards program..not doordash unless there's a promo going. Which is almost never.
Yellow sticky note (picture) is from this last order. They clearly think I'm trying to get free things when I was willing to pay for it or already had paid for it! I had put a note on this specific one asking to upgrade if possible as there were no options. Along with a note stating a previous order was missing the dog bone (Its always missing yet always charged for. But usually sent with next order). They didn't even bother to call me to ask about it because per their sticky note and lack of any of the items, they obviously didnt understand and jumped to assumptions. "You didn't pay for a dog bone or dipped bowl but nice try :) have a great day".
I did call the store and they had no resolution or let alone someone who was an actual manager. Just someone claiming to be one, when they were clearly a shift lead, not a manager. I had to specifically ask for a managers number and name after their lack of answers which a manager would have been able to give. I will be calling.

Started as a not so great experience, but ended as a more than amazing thanks to manager Aleesha who turned my opinion and experience around with superior listening, empathy and customer service skill. Thank you Aleesha! You’re the best! ??
