I absolutely love Crumbl! I like their rotating menu and the unique and delicious flavors that I’ve tried (and I’ve tried quite a few). Their classic cookies (like chocolate chip and sugar) are heavenly too!
Con: I would probably be 10 pounds lighter if it weren’t for Crumbl.

This Crumbl is always super busy. If you don’t order through the app the customer service is almost non existent. If you’re gonna go to any Crumbl, it’s best to order through the app or you’ll be waiting at least 20 minutes

Crumbl cookies as a whole are delicious but the customer service sucks! Every time I come into the Bountiful location the staff never seem to know they are actually at work. They are so engaged in side conversations that they don’t even greet you as you come in. They also don’t ask if they can assist you and the boxes the cookies come in are always unclean covered in frosting / toppings on the outside. You have long wait times no matter if you order on the app or if you walk in. Their customer service completely ruins the whole experience overall. Do better you guys

I called ahead to order, they sent me to the app. I ordered through the app, it said the order would be ready at 1:10. I showed up, nothing was ready. I asked for 6 of the 24 cookies as fast as possible to send with someone else in my group asap, they told me to wait even though it was done. They gave me half the order and thought they were done and had to go back to find the rest of the order. No urgency, poor customer service, they started on another order knowing | needed to leave asap for a meeting. Worst Crumbl l've been to.

The worst location. I went into this location at 830 and she said sorry we don’t have any cookies and I asked why are you open and she said cause we have to be. This is disrespectful and rediclous! I tried to reach out to the manager and nothing I will not go to Crumbl again and I will tell everyone to not come to this horrible location.
I love some of the Crumbl flavors! but the Bountiful location could use some work on their customer service.. every time I’ve gone into this location the workers are not friendly, sometimes I’m not acknowledged for 5+ minutes, even when they aren’t very busy.

Ordered curbside pickup so it would be ready for when I got off work, closest one to me and it’s 37 minutes there & another 37 minutes back to my home. Keep in mind I paid for this WHEN I ORDERED IT 7 hours PRIOR TO GETTING THERE. I get there and they’re sold out because “they’ve been busy” is this a joke? I ALREADY PAID FOR IT. It’s not about the cookies, don’t let it go over your head they have my info and could easily have let me know they no longer had it so I could SKIP OUT on the over hour drive.
