Not dependable at all for delivery services and updates on order status. Order was cancelled due to technical difficulties with the store after waiting over an hour and between two different dashers. Waste of time for a little treat on a deserved night in… and a waste of time for people who deliver as a source of income. Save your time and money and get a sugar fix some other way. The service and care has taken a nosedive. 0 / 🍪. Probably won’t try again.

Ordered 4 cookies in the app, went to pick it up and they said that one of the cookies needed to be made from scratch. They said it would be a 15 minute wait, so we opted to wait for the cookie. There were 6 people working there, and it took them 45 minutes to get our one cookie. The two younger people were very helpful and apologetic, while the older individuals kept going to a separate area. I overheard one of the older individuals even say “I’m so sick”. Not impressed at all.

Very disappointed with the service we received! The two employees working hardly acknowledged or looked at us and kept doing their own thing. Finally after waiting 5 mins the guy said do you need help? Yes, we’d like to order. What kind is this I asked? Pointing to a strawberry looking cookie. Oh, it’s strawberry something. That was a lot of help! Is it a sugar cookie base, oatmeal, etc?? No tip for them and will NEVER go back. Lots of other good places to choose. We wish we had just walked out and went down the street. Worst customer service ever!! No more stops in Bountiful for cookies for us. Customer service was so bad it affected the taste too! Big waste of money! Upset we bought 4 of them.

Hate to say it, but the negative reviews are accurate. They couldn't find our dozen cookies and brushed it off. We showed our online receipt. Everyone was confused and it took forever for them to find it due to a mess up. Additionally, they sold OLD Tres Leche. It was super dry and no liquid or moisture. Horrible. Going back to Layton/Centerville. Never at this location again. Do no recommend.
