They have a weekly cookie option that’s only available on Wednesday. So, I ordered it online at 7 am and scheduled pickup for 330 that day (because I’m unable to pick it up earlier due to having to work). I arrived at 330 as scheduled and was informed that the cookie I pre ordered was out of stock. What is the point of having a preorder option if they won’t set aside the cookie I ordered? And why are they so bad at inventory that they can’t keep cookies in stock halfway through the day? I’m not going to bother with their Wednesday specials anymore and will likely avoid going here as much, or at all, because I’m not going to waste my time with such nonsense.
Review update: I’ve been checking on the app and on any given week 50% of the cookie varieties at this particular store are consistently out of stock. So this appears to be a consistent issue and I won’t be coming to this location again.

We ordered some flavors of the week. One of the cookies was incorrect. I called and asked if we could be sent 1 replacement cookie and that I wouldn’t normally ask but I was recovering from surgery and really was looking forward to the one that got messed up. They were SO friendly on the phone. Not only did they send a replacement for free, they sent a new box of 4 and a personalized note to feel better! This made our night! They went above and beyond! Thank you Bountiful Crumbl 🥹🙏

Recently went in there to pick up some cookies and what we were given was not at all what we were expecting. One of our cookies was completely wrong, and the cookie we didn’t get we paid extra for. Another cookie had a pathetic amount of one of the toppings. There were multiple toppings that were supposed to be on the cookie. When the guy handed the box to my wife, it was closed and there was a sticker that was sealing it shut so the cookies couldn’t be checked out before we left. I imagine we should have peeled the sticker off and taken a closer look, but I guess I would expect to be given what we just paid for. Also, one of the cookies we got was very small. We thought it was one of the small cookies they do for catering.

We went to Crumbl at 9:45 pm to pick up cookies for an at-home date night after our kids went to bed. When we walked up to the door that is clearly labeled “open until 10pm”, the door was locked and the two girls inside told us through the closed door “sorry we decided to close early” and wouldn’t let us in to buy any cookies. The lights were still on and they were both just hanging out inside the shop, but not serving customers. Pretty disappointing!

If I could give zero stars I would. I arrived to this location at 9:45 pm and the doors were locked. The two girls working mouthed they were closed. When I pointed to the 10 pm sign on the door they said “We closed early.” If your sign says you’re open until 10 then be open until 10.

We stopped by to get a small treat for our babysitters after a date. It was only 7pm. Only two girls working and their effort seemed low. The cookies on display looked beautiful so I ordered a churro and a chocolate chip cookie dough. I was skeptical the girls knew what they were doing when spending 5 minutes trying to squeeze the rest of a frosting bag when it was clearly empty and there was a full one on hand in plain view. I was given the cookies after 10 minutes and I left. I should have checked them before leaving. The frosting was spread with a knife instead of piped like all the displays and photos. The chocochip cookie dough had no sprinkling of goodies which is such a trademark of the establishment. The cookies were too undercooked and we were very disappointed. When spending $5 per cookie, I expected more. I will not be returning.
