I usually visit the Cubby’s in Draper since it’s close to home, but today I stopped at the Bountiful location. I ordered the beet and goat cheese salad, but it came without the goat cheese. I let it slide and continued eating, but then I bit into a pistachio shell-and later a second one. I spoke with the manager, who was very apologetic and explained that the missing goat cheese was due to new staff training and that the shells in the pistachios came from the way the shipment arrived from their commissary. I appreciated her honesty and explanation. I also want to highlight the front cashier, Ethan, who was amazing. He took our order with care and was very helpful in quickly getting his manager so I could address my concerns. His professionalism stood out and made the experience much better. Overall, I was still able to enjoy my meal, and I hope this feedback helps the team improve.

Place is closed at 2038/8:38 p.m.! Online says closes at 2100/9:00 p.m. People are still working, but doors are locked.
Response to manager-I tried both doors behind me and they were locked. I walked up and they were close. The poki place next door was open.
Food was amazing at Draper location. We are into food that doesn’t make you feel like crap after eating, like McDonald’s. We ordered the protein plates and the salmon and special salads were really good! I couldn’t believe this was fast food for how good everything tasted, and more importantly how it made me feel!! Really wish there was a way I could bring this restaurant to my home state!! It would do really well in ND! Thank you for creating this wonderful place, Cubby!!

I got the Dragon Slayer burger with an order of sweet potato fries. Delicious!!
My burger was cooked fresh to order and only took about 10 minutes to come out. The creamy buffalo sauce and blue cheese combined with everything else in the sandwich created a unique and amazing flavor. The fries are really good with their chipotle fry sauce.
The restaurant looked well maintained and the staff were all helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back.
