Every time we give this place another chance, we are disappointed. The service is awfully slow. Our food is always cold or melted by the time we get it. Don't order online, the instructions are wrong and you'll just be waiting for food that will never come out.

Very frustrating experience having to wait for nearly 15 minutes to even get a concrete mixer. I paid $5.00 but I was confused when the employee came to my vehicle asking if I got a frozen custard?! I told them no but it seems like there is a confusion because I ordered specifically a CONCRETE Mixer. Got tired of waiting and never got what I PAID for. I think you need a better system when giving someone with a tent number at the drive thru when their isn’t a very good way to hang it so that way theirs no confusions. When I’ve been to the Layton location even on busy days they’ve had my orders out within 5-8 minutes. They placed a paper stub on the mirror with EXACTLY you order so that way the employee doesn’t come looking at you unsure about what you ordered.

Poor drive through experience. Rather than giving you your food at the window, you are asked to "pull forward and wait". It appears that they "batch" orders to bring out, so if you're the first person to order in that batch, you'll be waiting a while as they prepare everyone's orders that came behind you. They even deliver the food to the cars in reverse order, so the person who ordered a couple cars behind you will get their food first. It took about 10 minutes after I paid to get my order yesterday.
They should ditch the "pull forward and wait" policy and just keep it simple FIFO at the window.

Ordered through the drive through , half my order was right. Got the 8 count buffalo tender meal with a large cheese curds. Got the regular chicken, a medium sized cheese curds. Drinks were good, but spending $22 bucks and change for something this wrong sucks.
I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and got a plain hamburger I'm very upset and disappointed.

Drive thru wait time is significant. I didn’t realize that though the line looks like it might be moving there is “reserved curbside” parking on the south side for all the people waiting for their food. It’s hidden from drive thru site. Check this BEFORE ordering or else you might be waiting for over an hour!

Not our favorite location but the food wasn’t that bad, just not as good as some of their other locations. We only waited about 10-15 minutes on our food, party of 4. A lot of the tables were dirty but we found a clean one.
Parking: The parking lot is just on the smaller side , and the drive thru collides with the parking inconveniently. There is only one way in and out of the parking lot.
