waited 20 minutes in an empty drive thru i was the first and only car in line. She checked on me 10 minutes thru and said sorry it’ll be 2 minutes longer. It’s now
been 20 minutes and i’m still currently waiting in line.

Every time I have gone to this location I have had customer service reviews and have had to wait 20+ minutes for my meal. i love cupbop and have never had any problems with other locations- but i will probably not be coming back here after having problems every time I have come

Food was good, initially wasn't friendly greeted. I did an online pick up. The bathroom is probably the stinkiest one Ive been in recently and the toilet definitely hadn't been cleaned, and had skid marks. However we were eating lunch for about 45 mins and no one entered the bathroom while we were there.
The tables were also greasy and hadn't been wiped down.
I think I'll stick to the layton location 🤔 😏

I love coming to Cupbop in Bountiful. Today Greg took my very high-maintenance order and was incredibly kind and competent. The staff here always goes above and beyond to make it a good experience for a mom with kids. Love the positive, customer -friendly vibe whenever we visit.

Don't know who is running or managing the joint but it has gone down hill fast. Takes forever to get food, and when I got it, the kid acted creepy and like it was a joke. I couldn't even eat the food cause how he acted I was to worried they messed with the food. Ill probably never come back the there is major change in management and staff.
