Cutlers Monday is a great tradition I started with my brother these past few months. But I’m starting to question if I need to move my Monday “treat yourself” to a different business. Even with the sandwiches being super duper tasty.. I absolutely can’t stand this one manager Liz. Most of the employees are like teenagers with basic customer service, but Liz is not very polite and is grumpy and acts put out by her job. (Yet that’s the manager….) Like it actually makes me feel uncomfortable being there. (It’s a small place you can hear them talking in the kitchen area!) We order online because its convenient, we used to stay and eat sometimes, now I’m like just hurry get out of there. I thought maybe it was just me, but my brother gets the same vibes also.

There was a hair in my sandwich, and the avocado was either overly ripe or under ripe and hard to bite into… probably one of the worst sandwiches I’ve had. Very overpriced as well so disappointed with my visit

Came in at closing time when my wife was craving cookies. They were a little slow on the uptake (understandable, 5 minutes before closing) but great when they got to me. And the cookies are fantastic.

Cutlers used to be so good, it's just changed so much since the past ownership, they've gotten really high-priced compared to what they used to be. I feel like if it ain't broke then don't fix it. I don't think there was anything wrong with it but they sure have made a lot of changes.

We love Cutler’s sandwiches, but had never been to this location. We ordered for our family and the order was close to $100 which would have been well worth it, except they were out of wheat bread and whole grain….the only two breads we wanted. When asked if there could be a discount they couldn’t help with that.
It was just surprising that they didn’t have any backup of that bread. All were a bit bummed.

Food was good. Part of order was wrong. These young employees need to pay closer attention to putting an order together correctly. I ordered a frosted sugar cookie and a chocolate chip cookie with my order. They gave me a chocolate chip cookie and a frosted peanut butter cookie and put them in the same sack. Wrong cookie. The chocolate chip cookie was sitting on top of the peanut butter cookie and my roommate is highly allergic to peanut butter. She had a reaction. Please make sure these young people double check the orders they make. This was a pickup order.

Honestly nothing wrong with Cutler’s, just a pro tip that the cookies are cheaper at the Centerville location! Same cookies, better price :)

A little slow getting the food but its worth the while.

Their cookies are better than crumble, crave, or twisted sugar.
I dream about their French dip sandwich. Because of it, peppered jelly is a staple in my house.
The lasagna soup and turkey cranberry sandwich is also good.

Be sure to check your order before you leave. For some reason they have problems getting the right order to the right person.

Stopped by to check this place out - The cookies are fantastic! Definitely tasty!
Only recommend being more attentive in preparing the sandwiches. I tried the Turkey Swiss on sourdough. The sauce had been dumped in a lump and not spread - meat unevenly distributed and a tiny tomato on one side. Otherwise good! (Note: Sandwiches are pricey for the quality.)

Cutler's has become one of our family's favorite places to get a treat. The cookies are to DIE for, and each cookie tastes like a home made cookie. Would highly recommend!
