Went to the bountiful location on 11/10 at 8:05. Waited for five minutes in the drive thru waiting for someone to take my order. No one ever came even though I could see them working in the back. I ended up leaving with nothing.

I absolutely love the Del Taco in Bountiful! The food is always delicious and consistently satisfying. My nephew and I especially enjoyed the mini vanilla shakes—they're the best! The managers and staff here always provide top-notch customer service. Anna and the other afternoon manager are our favorites; they are so kind and attentive to us. Highly recommend this location for great food and friendly service!

Purchased a del beef burrito no cheese with green sauce no red. Got red sauce no big but the substance/food product your establishment is serving up as ground beef is a travesty It was so nasty How stupid do you think we are? My Del days are over

Not a fan of the self service kiosk, and you can tell some older generations really struggle with it. It's the direction things are going though. The kiosk let's you order items that aren't available on a given day, then at check out stops you to make a change, but it only tells you the first thing it finds. If you have 5 things in your order that aren't available, you have to go through the corrections, including adding in your information, five different times. Not a very efficient ordering system. You have to walk across the drive through to enter the store.
