Not a fan of the self service kiosk, and you can tell some older generations really struggle with it. It's the direction things are going though. The kiosk let's you order items that aren't available on a given day, then at check out stops you to make a change, but it only tells you the first thing it finds. If you have 5 things in your order that aren't available, you have to go through the corrections, including adding in your information, five different times. Not a very efficient ordering system. You have to walk across the drive through to enter the store.

Watching a commercial for Del Taco's slow cooked carnita menu made us want that for dinner. We went to the drive up. The language barrier was horrible. You need english speaking employees, to begin. Next, we repeated the order several times and finally went to the pay window. That gentleman was slightly better with his english but needed to slow down to be understood. We thought we were getting the pork meat. Nothing in our order was right and tasted terrible. No pork, greasy quesadillas, greasy tacos, lousy bean and beef burrito (no beef to speak of), and yucky loaded fries. The ground beef is awful. We will NOT be going back. A waste of $30.00!

This was a great stop on our trip. We were praying through town, and needed a bite to eat. We knew what we were getting cause it's Del. The drive thru was a bit slow getting the order to the car in front of us, but our food cane out super fast and very hot and fresh! Thank you so much!

Wow tried the Double Cheese Burgers. What? burgers at a taco place. They were cooked to order. Came Hot off the grill. Good bun. Nice sized patties of burgers. Fresh tomatoes with crisp lettuce and onion plus sauce. Delicious!!!

Horrible service! Waited 15 minutes on two snack tacos. After not getting them went to the counter to ask about them they had no knowledge of my order even though I had my receipt in my hand and the same lady that took my order was helping me! Just end up asking for my money back

I ordered well-done food, but they gave me regular food. I ordered a small chocolate shake, and they didn’t give it to me. I had to go back and ask for it. Then they gave me a large chocolate shake instead. In other words, terrible service and bad food.

Went there at 8pm on Sunday and all the lights were off it was closed despite the hours saying they're supposed to be open til 10pm at this location in bountiful Utah Update: I went there again same location at 10:30am and ordered food with a large drink, the rude guy put like 3 huge scoops of ice in my drink, if I wanted to drink ice I would have just went to the store to buy ice! This place is getting ridiculous paid 4$ for a cup of ice and the little bit of drink that was in there tasted weird, won't be spending my money here.

Given that this place is virtually empty every time I come here, one would think their customer service might be a bit better. My son ordered the loaded fries and asked for 2 ingredients to be removed including the "secret sauce." However, when he asked for a single ranch sauce instead, he was told he had to pay for it. I'm sorry; I really am not following the logic there, particularly since I could load up on as many taco sauce packets as I'd like. And, I do understand why fast food restaurants started limiting sauces. There were people asking for a ton of them. However, this was a fair request for ONE. AS an aside, the fries were not even as good as usual this time. I doubt we will be back Given all the other options in Bountiful.

Lack of deals , prices are NOT competitive with other Taco places , definitely not comparable to authentic Mexican fast food places, the prices are very disappointing .. bring back the Spicy Jack Quesadilla!!
