I was in the store this last weekend when I witnessed something that I could not believe.A man actually throwing a bagel at the kids behind the counter who served him. And then they were kind enough to give this nasty man food. I believe this person should be banned from the store this kind of behavior is just unacceptable. I love this store, the staff is amazing! they do the best they can Its one of the busiest places and for these people who just think they can come in and abuse the staff it's ridiculous. I believe that the high UPS of this corporation should do something about this. Thank you guys for all your hard work I've always gotten great service and great food sorry that you have to deal with people like this. Einstein's management get it together.

I want to say that I have had a good experience with your staff and your food at the Bountiful location I can't say the same about your Bountiful customers mainly on the weekends when I've gone in these adults have full-blown Tantrums in the middle of the store throw food at your staff. then they demand to get free food??I can only hope that this is not the new Norm or the world that we have to live in moving forward please have one of your higher-ups come sit down in the lobby have a cup of coffee bring his laptop do some work and watch these bad customers mistreat not only your store but your staff the store gets five stars your customers in Bountiful one star and I've seen the same at the Redwood Store as well

The difference between this location and others is night and day. You can tell management doesnt get involved here. This place is chaos. Long lines, employees arguing with each other, nothing stocked, employees using barehands for food activities. It is laughable. Greet your customers when they come in. Be prepared. Focus on the customer in front of you, not the door dash that is due is 20 minutes. Don't trash talk your coworkers in front of customers and be clean and sanitary. Is that too much to ask? Go check out how the Sugarhouse locations runs if you want a good example.
