Honestly one of the chilliest cleanest Einsteins! I been coming here for over a year! Never had a problem! I truly hope you guys are getting paid! A good wage cause the service here is great!

Holy MOLY was I absolutely bamboozled here. It was a little busy when we came in, but I didn’t expect a 52 minute wait (yes, literally) from ordering to receiving my food, which was a 2 sandwich order. Not including time waiting in line or anything. I have literally never written a negative review but I’m extremely disappointed. After 20+ minutes of waiting we asked and were told there were around FIFTY ordered in front of us, almost all being online. I know absolutely none of the workers control the flawed system, this is not their fault, but a heads up for an hour wait for 2 bagels would have been the courteous thing to do. Corporate or management needs to do better, I am sure employees are taking the brunt of angry customers because of these issues. Unfortunately the sandwiches were good, but not an hour wait good. :(

It’s really a hit or miss here. I have been about 40 times to get weekly bagels for my office. You never know what attitude you’re going to get with the person behind the counter. Bagels are usually cut poorly (like not even close to how it should be). I have gotten someone else’s order a few times. The cashiers have always been a delight.

I love this location. They are so friendly with quick service. They support our local SDJH school teachers and teen center. Excited for them to bring back drinks and a seating area too. fingers crossed for ☕️ 🍫 Girls brunch here we come🥯🥰
