Fantastic nova lox, but please don’t try to sneak cold brew as iced coffee. They’re two different things and many of us actually prefer iced coffee.
I wish you were still with Caribou. They know coffee.
Also, the app never works. It worked better when you were with Caribou.

Worst service I’ve ever had. I waited for over an hour and a half for three bagels and when I confronted them about it I was met with attitude from the employees who clearly didn’t care.

We were very excited to eat here as it has been years since we have been to an einstein bagels. Placed our order and went home to eat since there is no where to sit and eat at this location. Two of our bagels were missing the cream cheeses we ordered and none of the bagels were toasted as requested. Terrible experience. 0 stars.

Worst Einsteins I’ve been to worldwide. Hours are horrible. Frequently out of bagel choices. Say they close it 2pm but you can’t order anything after 1:45pm. This happens multiple times again including today. Disappointed.
How to improve? Stop living in pandemic times. Being back soda fountain, longer hours, tables to sit and eat at, and put in a drive thru to double your sales.

Seriously never coming to this location again. The employees are confrontational with clients, bicker amongst themselves, and yell at each other. They were forceful in just the simple task of ordering coffee. I tried to call ahead of time and they rudely refused to take my order and directed me to the app which was not working. They displayed open grumpiness about having a lot of customers as if the customer was a burden and not someone who provides them with employment.

Why bother having operating hours listed if you are going to close before the stated time?
12 bucks for a bagel and a coffee. Saturday morning 8am they were out of the most popular bagel people order, the everything bagel. And a macchiato. Lady at the counter says "is 'at it" I said "what was that?" She said the same gibberish Back and forth 3 times before I had to correct her speech. Bagel was as soft as a Dunkin Donut (not a bagel!) Coffee was delivered 'iced' with half the small cup full of ice and no coffee. Took a sip and spit it out coughing cause of how sweet it was! Never going back

Of 3 sandwiches not one was made correct. Didn't even put turkey or bacon on one turkey bacon Avocado, had to take some off of other sandwiches to be able to eat it. Pieces of Avocado on sandwiches that didn't come with it.
The bagel was okay. There was nowhere to sit and have a bagel and drink. They didn't have any milk or cream out for the coffee. We definitely didn't feel like they wanted us to stay. If all you wanted was to pick up and order I guess it would be fine. Not a place to go relax and have a bagel sandwich.
The breakfast sandwiches are really good and filling. A little on the expensive side, $7-9.
