Very disappointed. I love El Matador and it's always been a favorite of my family's. 2 months ago I ordered online and did curbside pick-up, which was great. The food was brought right out upon arrival and it was fresh. Last night I did the same thing, ordered online and did curbside pick-up. I received a text that my food was ready, I arrived 2 minutes after the text and used the link to notify that I was in a stall. I waited for over 15 minutes before going inside to ask about my food. I explained the time frame how I never got my food. The girl up front didn't even ask my name, she knew right away what lone bag of food was mine and gave it to me. Now that it sat for 15+ minutes, by the time I got home, the food was cold and no longer good. So sad and would give 0 stars if I could.
