Been there twice, enjoyed three separate dishes, so i brought the entire office. Everyone loved it. Prices are reasonable. Good atmosphere. Worth your trip.

Is this place employee-owned? Do the servers have stock options or what? Because I cannot figure out how they’re still employed.

I saw the reviews and thought, “Eh, maybe it was just a bad day.” Nope. WRONG. Should’ve trusted the internet.

Walked in, and the server (you know, the one from Trujillo) strolls by with her AirPods in like she’s on her way to a concert, not to work. Doesn’t even greet me. I ask where to sit—she mumbles something that could’ve been English, Spanish, or Martian, who knows.

I had a baby with me, so I asked for a high chair. She points. Like I’m supposed to carry it across the restaurant myself. I ask her to bring it, she basically throws it next to the table. Five stars for customer care. ✨ Oh, and it was filthy—so we got to do the cleaning ourselves. Fun bonus activity!

My maracuyá juice? Sour. Couldn’t drink it. But hey, who doesn’t love a side of vinegar with lunch? We ordered just one rotisserie chicken—simple, right? Twenty-five minutes later, still nothing. I had to go hunt someone down at the cashier’s desk before food magically appeared.

Asked for boxes and a cup, and while this server was glued to her phone, she dropped the lids on my face. Classic touch. Never said “thank you” once.

Food? Meh. Not amazing, not inedible. But the service? Absolutely next-level terrible.

Oh, and because this wasn’t enough chaos already, they decided to do bathroom construction during lunch. Drills, hammering, zero chance of a conversation. Because nothing says “welcome to our restaurant” like eating next to a jackhammer.

Overall: save your time, save your money, and definitely save your sanity.

Second time here. Ordered the chicken milanesa and it had good flavor. The maduros were great. I did not enjoy the french fries and rice though. Service was mediocre.

This place is located inside a shopping plaza with lots of parking.

When you come in they have booth and chairs. Pepsi products along with inka cola.

The staff isn’t friendly at all, i expected this as I was reading the reviews prior to even coming here. They treat you as if they are doing you a favor by you coming here and eating.

We ordered:

Chicharron de pescado (appetizer) pieces of fried fish, yucca, salsa criolla
Tallarines huancaina with grilled chicken and it came with a few pieces of boiled potatoes.
Lomo saltado comes with rice
Side order of french fries (they are homemade which is a huge perk!)
Side of salsa criolla

The food was made to order everything was good, however the tallarines lacked flavor, everything else was good.

They brought out their aji, ketchup, mayo for condiments.

Now worth noting…..

THE BATHROOMS ARE DISGUSTING - the bathrooms are telling of what their kitchen looks like: it was such a HUGE disappointment of how disgusting and dirty their bathrooms are. I have also attached pics of how dirty bathrooms are.

I have been to many other bathrooms at Peruvian Rico restaurants but this one takes the dirtiest one of all hence the rating.

Food is good, bathrooms and service are horrendous.

Pretty empty when I had stopped by here. Food was good. I wouldn’t say it was astonishing, but it was still good! I think I would try other dishes the next time I’m in town. Service was just okay.

I was really hopeful this was going to be good, but it just didn’t hit the spot. I must have had too many Peruvian grandma’s prepare me meals because this place did not even compare to the dishes I’ve had. Will not be coming back. Also, very pricey.

If I could give the service a 0, I'd be underestimating it. Liz, our waitress, didn't even welcome us. She only greeted us at 8:15 (noting that they close at 9), saying that we should order now because she was about to close. She never asked if we were okay or if we needed anything. She brought us the check without asking if we wanted dessert. It was obvious she just wanted to finish her shift. As for the food, the ceviche was delicious. My seafood rice was dry and had very few shrimp. I counted 5 shrimp, which was a lot. My husband's green pasta was 10/10. P.S., the place was very dirty.

The food was not bad, it was good, but what make us don’t come back was the service, the waitress (Liz) was so rude, she didn’t bring the food in a good way, never came to our table to ask if we need something and at the end she handled our bill pretty much threw into the table,
I will Never come to this place again!
And the restroom was to dirty
