Could have killed me. Not to be dramatic, but actually. I have a medical issue where too much sugar makes my blood sugar drop. I ordered a diet soda and noticed the change on my glucose monitor, so I stopped drinking it—it was definitely not diet. Dear Fiiz employee—when people ask for diet, give them diet. Like it actually may be a serious issue. Honestly, you’re lucky I noticed early and I’m not suing.
I called and asked for a refund and haven’t received it. Hence the review. Pretty bummed I liked this Fiiz.

Cute original FiiZ. If you get Lana she will get your order right. Shes done 50 at a time for me and doesn’t miss a beat. If you get some of their other staff they can be a bit inconvenienced as you order. Customer Service is good when there is an adult around.

I usually I love this location and choose to drive farther just to go here. They currently have a gift card deal where when you buy $25 you get an extra $5. I've bought a couple already as gifts and never had to say I wanted the deal specifically. They have always added that $5 since the special is advertised on their windows and first thing on the App. Today i ordered a $25 gift card for a party tonight and a drink. I didn't know i had to specifically ask for the extra $5 as I never have prevously, so I did not. Once given my card and drinks I saw the $25 so I asked about the extra $5 advertised and was told since my order was already processed there was nothing they could do. What??
