If I could leave 0 stars i probably would. I went in for some dinner the other night and noticed one of the managers (i think), being extremely weird with an employee making some very questionable jokes. Not too much later I saw the same guy in a black shirt start rubbing the employees shoulders while they were making burgers even they looked very uncomfortable. It made me super uncomfortable to watch and if that is a manger he should not be doing that to the employees on the shift and should be reported immediately. This is not okay especially in a work environment. Coming from someone who's worked multiple fast food jobs this is honestly heartbreaking

Mmmmmm five guys is so amazing, There bacon cheeseburger is probably the best one I ever haved, sorry burger king but I prefer the five guys Bacon cheeseburger more. But anyways the staff is so friendly for the most part, There fries are yummy, note that the large fries are a lot so save some if you are already full. But still a nice place,

This 5 Guys delivered tonight. The restaurant was clean and clearly taken care of. I’ve had hundreds of burgers from 5 guys across the country and this one delivered the single greatest burger of my life. I asked for a custom order that I do at every location: double bacon cheeseburger, lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, grilled green peppers, and a “shit load” of grilled jalapeños. The dude at the counter said, “Hey, exactly how much?” And I said a “shitload.” He told his manager what was needed and boy did he deliver. Beautiful grilled jalapeños were all over that burger and it was epic. I let them know what they accomplished and they were genuinely happy for then service they provided. It was cool to see a bunch of people take pride in their work and get the job done. Well done fellas.

Service wasn't super fast, but the staff was very friendly, the food was served hot, and it tasted good. It was a bit hard to find a clean table, but it was during the lunch rush.
Unfortunately, I needed to edit my review 5/16/25, because I went the other day and my little burger fries and shake came to nearly $25. The prices are now outside my range. I won't pay that for a hamburger.

I'm sorry I had to give at leat one star but it doesn't deserve any due to one person at the bountiful store. I use to like this place but as of a couple of days ago and today after a phone call a manager named Pamela has ruined this place for me. We will not be going back ever. So I was in a couple of days ago and my son and I were eating and having laughs as it got interrupted by Pamela yelling at a Co worker in the back so me and my son left. Then today when I called to get the number to the corporate office she said tell (some kids name) and I said I don't know this person I just had a complaint and she was just rude. I can't believe they have made her a manager of anyone. Please check on your businesses because of people like her, she will ruin it one day.

I use to love the place but recently I've stopped going, I get off work around 9pm so as usual I don't feel like cooking anything the past couple times I've gotten the bacon cheese burger and fries to go when I got home I open the burger to find no bacon by the time I get home Five Guys is already closed I should've checked before I left the store but I forgot, this happened 3 times in a row I even reminded them to put bacon on it the last couple of times but it's pretty clear to me not to go there after work it seems like they're more focused on having conversations with each other then getting their orders right.
