I got the sourdough jack combo. The taste was pretty good. The taste of the fries was pretty good, too.
I took away a few stars because the temperature of the burger and of the fries was warm, if I’m being generous. Also the cost of the meal was just over $12. The value for this amount and quality of food was not impressive. I don’t think I would choose to eat here again given the other options around.

I may have been given extreme attitude for no reason at the drive-thru tonight, and I'm not gonna single out any employee, or give the name that is on my receipt.
I just wanna say, I hope your employee’s are doing alright and I sincerely hope if not that things get better for any and all of them.

If I could give this place no stars I would I don’t normally write reviews but we waited 25 minutes in the drive thru there was not one person ordering at the counter until about 5-10 minutes into our wait. We watch the red hair guy take multiple car orders and then the manager seemed like he didn’t know what was going on we watched him walk back and forth trying to help with order but acted confused seemed like he didn’t have a clue. Then we knock on the window and the red haired kid says what do you need… very rude. We said we need our food and he goes I have it right here. It was on the counter for at least 10 minutes while they were taking orders. Then he handed us our food but shoved it out the window so we dropped it in our car. The worst experience ever. Disrespectful guy and poorly managed. 12/30/25 is when we came in. Edit found the receipt red heads name was Christian B

Great food and, the workers are really nice. Great for of you want a late night meal... As long as you are willing to wait for a while. Service can be slow, sometimes taking up to half an hour but, other times taking less than 5 minutes(not often), but, other than that, it's great!

I asked an employee named Josh at the register for a delicious shake and he sighed and rolled his eyes and yelled, “I have a 5 minute delay so just give me a sec ok!!!!” This made me feel super sad I left the Jack Box and went home and cried without a shake. Jack box please hire people that have more patience and kindness so other customers do not have to go through this pain.

I came to this Jack in the Box location 12/17 at around 11:30pm and was very disappointed. I ordered one Boba Tea & one burger. The boba came out after 3 minutes of waiting at the window. Which wasn't the problem, I actually enjoyed the Boba. The problem was I waited in the drive through for 15 minutes for one singular burger. I ended up finishing my drink before I even got my burger. Well, when I got home to eat my burger the bun was stale. It was still pretty hot, so it wasn't the 7-minute drive home that made it stale. The burger overall didn't taste good whatsoever. I ended up having to dip it so much sauce to combat the horrid taste. Please hire more staff, especially with night shifts considering the fact you advertise being open super late.

I unfortunately had a miserable experience at this location I've been coming to this location since it opened and every time I come it seems to get a little worse and tonight I think topped it off came in around 10:50pm Dec 12th came in with three friends two separate orders went well wasn't greeted at all but didn't think anything of it placed are orders sat down, we saw that there was only two cars in the drive thru so didn't think it'll take long so about 40 minutes go buy and my buddy finally got his meal which was just the midnight munchie meal and two drinks and still waiting on my order and then finally right before midnight I was finally called up no apology I asked for more sauces and barely wanted to give me any so went home and the food was very cold and I only live about 5 minutes away food is already cold the portions were terrible only got three onion rings in one munchie meal and they were tiny my fries were soggy my bugger was very dry and are churros had zero cinnamon the food was absolutely terrible I'm taking a break from jack in the box for right now let things get fixed this is my favorite well priced fast food places and it was just a terrible experience I was unable to upload photos for some reason but I have photos of the food and how sad it was
