Way fast. I’ve ordered here more than a dozen times and it’s suuuper fast every time.
Well, one time someone stole our to go order, but they remade it within about a minute or two.
Also they remind me about rewards and have always been friendly. Highly recommend!!

Bread was almost burnt, it was very over baked. The slowest sandwich I’ve ever had at a JJ. Nowhere near freaky fast. No sense of urgency. Felt more like a Blockbuster in ‘99 than the speed and service I’ve come to expect from JJ. And it seems like they were wearing dirty gloves because they got some tuna salad on the outside of my sandwich (I did not order tuna). Bad experience overall. Will not be returning to this location.

I placed an order for 6 sandwiches through the app and the employee acted really inconvenienced and told me I need to call next time. I guess if you want more than like 2 sandwiches you have to go to subway which is what I will be doing from now on. I thought the app was supposed to be helpful but I guess it’s not.

Showed up ordered 2 sandwiches, took 15 minutes to make 2 “freaky fast” sandwiches, we get them trusting they were made perfectly since it took 15 minutes .. drove all the way home to find out the sandwhich was completely wrong!!!! Drive all the way back, ask for them to fix it and they do, BUT we asked for a water cup with a lid for our ride home since they messed up our order pretty bad and then had the audacity to charge for a lid for our water cup… horrible horrible customer service. Asked for a #4 with cucumbers on wheat, slow service, sandwich was smashed and did not get cucumbers, staff was also not super friendly.
Food is always good and usually quick. However if you are a regular on Sunday don’t expect the usual quick service. Plan on at least 10-15 minutes even if they are not busy. Staff not on n top of that.
