Update after trying to eat, bread is ALL SOGGY!! And fell apart I can’t even eat it!! I’m so upset and I can’t even go back to return it

If I did not need to get something to go I would never go to Jimmy Johns. There gluten free so call rap is all veggies one slice of meat. Since I'm ordering gluten-free why would you put gluten in the box along with the veggie wrap!!! The cookies are not gluten free and that will cause cross contamination. This is what puts people in the hospital. This was my first and last time and Jimmy johns.

Freaky fast became scary slow, they don't knock when they drop the food off, they always take the bread out when instructions say to leave it in, and now they're taking extra money for no reason. I'll be calling corporate and making a huge complaint about this location, most likely switch to Jersey Mike's because I've never had them do the shit Jimmy John's does.

Slowest Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. One customer in front of me, took 15 minutes to get a sandwich. Employees standing at the soda fountain drinking, leaving their soda cups all over the dining area. Come on guys…that’s just sloppy and gross

Really kind staff, great customer service! It’s raining outside and I’m so sick, my order came but the chips were missing, they were so sweet and quick to make it right. The driver brought my chips and they gave me a brownie as well for the inconvenience! 10 stars. So sweet and I truly appreciate it♥️

There is a great atmosphere at this place, super friendly and helpful. The food was good. I had a roast beef sub, my husband had a club lulu and my son had a slim Italian sub.
Highly recommend stopping for a bite to eat.
