Went there today at 1:30pm. They said all they had was chicken strips. We order 2 3 piece meal. My husband ordered a breast and 2 wings. I ordered breast, leg and a wing. They said they had no chicken cooked. They said it would be ready in 7 minutes. We said ok. After about 25 min they said all they had was dark meat. Seriously!!! After all that they have my husband old chicken tenders. My chicken leg and thigh was not cooked. KFC used to be good now it is terrible. Biscuits are a joke. Will not be back. I guess I should have known the parking lot was empty. Beware no chicken at KFC.

Ordered on the app and said it would be ready by 7:05. I got there and waited 15 minutes. I had multiple people look at me but not say anything to me. Food was sitting ready to go and no one said anything to me. Our food was cold and not correct

I showed up at 8:50 to order a family meal and was told it would be a 35 min wait to get more chicken fried up so I agreed to wait. People were pulling up going in and coming out with orders and I sat there in the parking lot until 9:35 to be told they had given my order to someone else and had to wait longer to get my meal. I didn't leave the parking lot until 10:07pm

The last three times I have gone to this location the chicken is old and they mess up my order. I order extra crispy and it it's so old you can't tell if it is extra crispy I have gone at lunch time and at dinner time so it's not like it's a late hours of the day. This location needs to fix the chicken or I will no longer return.

I was very disappointed when I ordered a famous bowl just the bowl not a meal, A large french fry and that was it and then the lady asked me what flavor cake I wanted I was confused because I only ordered the bowl not the meal and she added a $3 cake that I did not want. "I will never be coming here again. " I honestly think that this place just needs to be shut down or they just need to hire all new people.

Check your bags, always something missing . Gave them the benefit of the doubt this last time and here we go again. Also seems like they didn’t want to make new chicken so they gave us the left over extra crispy chicken that we didn’t order.

The cake is not free. I haven't been here for a while and when taking my order in the drive thru got asked if I want a chocolate or lemon cake. I clarified by asking if my meal comes with a cake. The guy taking the order said "it does if you want it". Got to the window and they are trying to charge me for the cake. Very shady. Also, they didn't ask what drink I wanted and just defaulted to Pepsi. Had to correct it at the window.
I ordered a 5 piece chicken, of course moron's at the Bountiful UT location do not know how to count, also there mashed potatoes are disgusting, and chicken is overpriced!!
