I tried to go there at 10:30 which I thought they’d still be open and there were cars in the drive through. The speaker asked us a question then got cut off and another girl said that they were closed and I checked the time but it was still only like 10:31. If the closing times have changed I’d love to know so I don’t show up again at the wrong time.

They’re always behind. This is the third time I go to pick up my order at the time for pick up and they told me they have just started frying the chicken and told me to wait 17-18 mins. They’re very nice about it and gave me free drink but that’s 20 mins that we lost waiting :( please be better.

Harrison brought us our order with such a friendly smile we ordered a lot he made multiple trips and re cleaned an already clean table one of the good kfc's and the bathrooms were pretty clean to kudos

Went there today at 1:30pm. They said all they had was chicken strips. We order 2 3 piece meal. My husband ordered a breast and 2 wings. I ordered breast, leg and a wing. They said they had no chicken cooked. They said it would be ready in 7 minutes. We said ok. After about 25 min they said all they had was dark meat. Seriously!!! After all that they have my husband old chicken tenders. My chicken leg and thigh was not cooked. KFC used to be good now it is terrible. Biscuits are a joke. Will not be back. I guess I should have known the parking lot was empty. Beware no chicken at KFC.
Paid extra for gravy and got one small container. WTH

Ordered on the app and said it would be ready by 7:05. I got there and waited 15 minutes. I had multiple people look at me but not say anything to me. Food was sitting ready to go and no one said anything to me. Our food was cold and not correct

I showed up at 8:50 to order a family meal and was told it would be a 35 min wait to get more chicken fried up so I agreed to wait. People were pulling up going in and coming out with orders and I sat there in the parking lot until 9:35 to be told they had given my order to someone else and had to wait longer to get my meal. I didn't leave the parking lot until 10:07pm

The last three times I have gone to this location the chicken is old and they mess up my order. I order extra crispy and it it's so old you can't tell if it is extra crispy I have gone at lunch time and at dinner time so it's not like it's a late hours of the day. This location needs to fix the chicken or I will no longer return.
