I love Little Caesar, but it's happened to me several times: I order my pizza well-done, and they give me it medium or very lightly cooked, which results in my pizza being practically watery, which I don't like! The worst thing is that I always ask them to please make it very well-done, and it's always the same thing. That's not right.

Ordered 2 regular pepperoni and one extra most bestest. They gave me 3 regular pepperoni and told me it looked like whatever. I payed extra for this pizza and for them to tell me to suck it basically is a joke. I want my money back.

Little Caesars in Bountiful has the worst service! Will never go back there again . The girl took my order then forgot about me standing in the lobby, after 15 min I asked how much longer and she didn’t even remember me and got her manager who then asked if I ordered online.

Absolutely horrible service. The wait time was not what was told to me. It was 30 minutes of waiting and she said it was going to be 15 and they were not backed up. They were nice to all the spanish-speaking customers but not the English-speaking customers. So if you're you don't speak Spanish then you're not going to be treated very well You're not going to get the same level of customer service.

Hot and Ready. More like Hot OR Ready. Apparently you don’t get both. For a $1 more a Costco pizza is 4X the value. These pizzas used to be economical not anymore.

I only review for great or lousy service. This time unfortunately I have a review for a lousy experience. I ordered online for a later pick up time and arrived about 10 minutes early. I ordered a extra bestest pepperoni and should have been more alert to what I received, which was not a freshly made extra bestest but a ready made regular pepperoni. After reading a review from 9 months ago it seems as though this kind of bait and switch is a regular practice. I could have copy and pasted that review as my own. I will give this location another try but not without a few words of warning. Don't order a cheese or pepperoni and expect to get one fresh from the oven. There will be one already waiting for you.

Love their lunch special! Except they took away the soda that used to come with it. That's sad. But little Ceasars is quick!
My son loves Little Cesar's. I have no issue with our Little Cesar's except that every once in a while my pizza is burned and the cheese is dry and crusty and my crazy bread is dying with and has so seasoning but for the most part, the pizza is generally good. We always go back because my son enjoys their pizza and it's convenient and not too expensive which is great for our family.
Nothing was ready. I thought that they are ready with pepperoni pizza at all time. Waste of my time will go to another one
