The service has gone so downhill here. And the price just goes up. Waited forever before anyone would help us. Then was told they could not help even though there was no one else avaliable. Every time I come back I hope for better service and I just don't get it.

Everything was excellent! We enjoyed lettuce wraps, chicken in garlic sauce, Mongolian beef, and lo mein shrimp. (And the leftovers were delicious, too!)

I wish this place was closer to where I live. I went there for the first time and the food was amazing. The service was really good as well, even though they were really packed. Whenever I am up north I will be sure to stop in if they’re open.

Wow! It's time to visit the Mandarin again. We did with family and enjoyed our favorite foods like: Orange Sesame shrimp, Cashew Chicken, General Tsoas, and Honey Walmart shrimp! Hot, fresh & delicious!!

My favorite Chinese restaurant closed a couple of years ago. After looking long and hard, this restaurant is now not only my favorite Chinese food restaurant, it is my favorite restaurant of all types. When we go there we order extra to take home. I don't do that at any other restaurant.

Last Saturday January the 17th i had a reservation for 12 people. I was wearing a birthday stash because I was celebrating a milestone birthday (40th). We get seated and the waiter didn't even ask if we celebrating anything. My friend at the very beginning stated we are not all one one check. He said that he will take care of that when we start ordering food for now let's get drinks. Through out the service my friend ask for a knife 3 different from 3 different people. When it came to the bill he gives us a check that was about 425 dollars when we told him we needed it to be separate thats when he stated he can only go up to 5 payments (wr had 4 groups). So he response was for us to figure out what everyone order and than he will spilt it up. Do you k ow how hard it is to figure that out with no other paper just the receipt paper. Someone in my group paid for it because that was the easiest solution. However what if that wasn't an option? When we were leaving no acknowledgement that it was my birthday. I picked this restaurant because it is one of my favorite However I am just really disappointed in the service I got that night. I tried emailing management Sunday I know its closed and than they were closed on monday. Its not Thursday and I haven't heard anything from the restaurant.
Management got back stating that they are sorry for the inconvenience and that ny birthday was over look but there is nothing they can do to fix the situation. So dont go if you are celebrating a milestone birthday. To email them and all I get is thank you fro the feedback and sorry we over look your birthday.
Won't ever go back to that restaurant anymore. Sad because it was one of my favorite.

The food was amazing...Tso's Chicken and the Walnut Shrimp was plentiful and delicious...the restaurant was very busy and you should get a reservation. Because they are so popular, it is extremely loud inside. Makes it hard to have a conversation with your lovely date! Dan was doing a good job, however, he was very busy and had forgotten a few things...he was very friendly however!

Delicious food served by an outstanding waitress. We showed up with eight right when they opened, and they seated us right away. None of us had been there before, and each of us was thrilled with the food. Will most definitely be back to try other dishes. Tried the Kung Pao Chicken, Chicken Pan Fried Noodles, Cashew Chicken, and the Sweet and Sour Almond Chicken, and they all were fantastic! Highly recommended.
