Mo' Bettahs Hawaiian Style Food

Came in for 2 lean protein plates, before being served the sides I asked how many servings of the protein are in the meal. They said 12 oz of the pulehu chicken. I took both plates home one of them was 8 oz and the other one was even more upsetting only coming out to 7 oz. I don’t understand how after asking and the fact that the workers also have a scale to measure the protein, how I was given nothing close to the amount of protein in either plate as the menu states the lean protein meal is 74g of protein. This was also my first time trying this meal and it may be my last since it’s not accurate at all. ( picture posted is the 7 oz protein plate)

I've been worried to learn that the original family that started mobetta's has sold the company. I sincerely hope quality will not drop. This place place was solid. Meat was juicy as ever.

I love Mo bettahs. But my experience with the food at this location was abysmal. I got take out and drove my 6 minutes home, the food was already cold. Not lukewarm even, cold. The food had obviously been sitting out for far too long. Not likely I will be going back to this location

My family dines here frequently and twice in the past month the food served was cold. Not even warm. Last time it was a plate of pulehu chicken w/white rice and today was a family teri meal with rice and veggies. Both times the rice has been warm enough, but the meat and veggies are cold. I love their food, but it concerns me to get cold food that should be kept at 140 degrees for food safety.

Yummy food! The katsu chicken was so good and the portions are big - I got a mini. Only one thing is the water spout on the soda machine is a bit broken and I feel like the place could have a bit better atmosphere, but it was good!

Ordered 2 minis for lunch and they served it really cold and the steak wasn’t even cooked all the way. Some parts of the rice was hard as a rock. Me and my buddy had to miss out on our lunch time and throw them away since we had to go back to work. I called them twice after work asking for a refund and they said they would let the manager know I called and haven’t heard from them for a good hour. Then I call back asking for the manager again. Same response. And never received a call. All I wanted was a refund since my lunch was ruined with half cooked cold food.

Maybe 2/3rds what the west valley mo betta by my work serves. But the watered down sauce? cmon.

There were some teens working were in very nice but maybe not as attentive as they should be. The drink machine drain smelled and the bathroom was out of soap. Behind the counter was also a bit unorganized and didn’t look the cleanest.

I Ordered online for pickup, when arrived food wasn't ready, after waiting 15 minutes and watching 12-15 people come as walk in get their food and already gone from store while my online order they decided to skip so now I gota wait for more chicken to cook,you guys definitely doing great job not making online ordering convenient, wasted my time and money.

Honestly the food is great.
Edit, upgraded review because the food really is awesome. Also I am willing to spend zero minutes on this going forward. Review stands as is.
