I went to Panda Express and I didn’t open it until I got home and when I did open it I found a BITTEN piece of bread in my chow mein I don’t recall bread being in chow mein so not go to this Panda Express this is not acceptable.

Today, January 7, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. I went to pick up an order, I waited 25 minutes and no one attended to me, and I left without the order, they are rude, especially the cashier and the manager.

The manager alone gets a 5 star that's it and this was on "Dec 31st 2024" .The service was slow, the customers were packed in that restaurant. I waited 1:10 minutes for my 3 items of food. Their chicken was bad, they missed our broccoli beef completely so I won't be going back.That said this manager was doing everything he had to keep his crew working hard and keep things running while smiling and talking calmly to people. This is not the way to run a business bottom line but this individual I would hire on my staff any day. You guys need to fix this service because 3.8 review is lucky at this place for what I seen. Manager was a gentleman probably in his late 20's dark hair which deserves a 5 star all around. 😎 😵‍💫..

Very good ecperience, me and my cousins came in last second at 11:00 pm right as they closed and they still served us. They were very nice about it and gave us a little extra of the food. There staff was so nice about it and always said if course. The manager of the store was the kindest person about the situation. Very friendly staff.

Went at 4:00 and they didn't have any food cooked (except spicy). I was the only one there and they had 5 people working. They dished up my sides, while I waited 10 minutes for them to cook more food, so my sides and one entree was cold by the time they had 'some food'. By that time people started to come in, so I know they had to wait even longer. So disappointing.

They often close early. Will close the door on street side and make customers walk around instead of letting them in during operating hours. They are way more concerned about getting out early than they are serving customers.

Emanuel H rang my order up on 10/14/25. I ordered a bowl and was charged for a 1 Bigger Plate. I was tired and not feeling good and didn't pay attention. I looked at my receipt a couple of hours later after I ate my food and saw this. I filled out the survey and still haven't heard anything. Sure, it's a couple of bucks, but if you do this to all of your customers, it adds up.
