Parson’s Bakery is one of Bountiful’s treasures! The selection is wonderful and delicious. I try something different nearly every time I go there and I’ve always been pleased. I’ve also been impressed with the attentiveness and kindness of the employees. It’s a nice place to grab a sweet treat. There are tables out front if you want to eat there or have lunch with a friend.

The girl working on 7/30/25 at 11:22 was extremely rude and discourteous. Went out of her way to smirk and be disrespectful when asking if they had any plain cake donuts in the back. She looked down at the case as if I hadn’t checked myself and gave me a dirty look and said “sure looks like we are out”. If this girl still works here the next time I come back I’ll never be back. Disgraceful behavior.

They have good pastries and it’s in a convenient location. However, every time I go in it feels like I’m inconveniencing the workers by making them work which is off putting. It’s unfortunate because I feel like we’re lacking in bakery options in Bountiful. We recently tried the sourdough loaf and it was extremely dry/hard so that was a disappointment, maybe that was a one off but we haven’t tried it since then.

There is very little seating, but this isn’t a cafe, it’s a bakery. A good selection of scones, cookies, donuts, cakes and sometimes tarts, breakfast pasties, pastries, and of course, bread. Order ahead if you can’t be there in the morning. They do have some day-old, which is still delicious. Everything we tried was amazing.

I just ordered a custom cake for a birthday. They were so easy to work with! I texted them an inspo pic and they were able to recreate it perfectly! I highly recommend the chocolate cake.

I bought a cake, what a disappointment to get home and see these letters, it's sad because the girl should have told me that she made a mistake in the name and she did it twice, I should have seen this before in the store, I ask for my money back, the cake could not be cut, it fell apart when I tried to cut it, it is not a good idea to buy cakes in this store

I’m so thankful for Parsons Bakery being apart of one of the most important days of our lives. Our family is growing from two to three and they made a beautiful cake for our gender reveal. I was able to text them my ideas and they made it happen!! I was able to place my order and pick up same day!! The price was also great and I think they could charge more!! Thank you again and I can’t wait for Parsons to be apart of many more memories for my family! I also got a cinnamon roll while I was there and that hit the spot! I did get a photo of it because it was gone before I got home.
