I don’t usually go to Pizza Hut because of price, today I went to try the cheesy bite pizza, the cashier was the kindest person ever, I’ll be back once my wallet fills u again .

This store obviously has a serious problem in management efficiency. As a pick-up person, I have to wait an average of 30 minutes to get the product for the customer. I hope this stirr an improve operational efficiency. Such a slow efficiency of serving food should have prompted the management of this restaurant to be vigilant about improving efficiency. If it continues with such low operational efficiency, this store will definitely face the doubts caused by the difference between product quality and serving speed. I hope this restaurant can take this as a reminder and change the management system of this visit.

If someone comes in to order food from your establishment, don't stare at them from the back (2 separate people) with a 3rd person walking past the front - making eye contact - and disappearing somewhere. And not one person communicated I was there. Not one person. I waited and waited for at least an acknowledgement. Nothing. And this wasn't just a minute or two. It was much longer than that.

I waited almost 1 hour and the person didn't even justify the delay, other people arrived after me and picked up their orders and I was left, I don't recommend it!!!

Pizza hut has always been a staple of bountiful to me. From working there as an early adult, to visiting now. It's been redone and looks and feels nice, just feel the prices are a bit high just like alot of food places today.

Dry, hard dough.. Definitely not how I remember Pizza hut to be.
Order wings online that include a dipping sauce, selected ranch however when I get there she said it was selected. Ok fine I would like ranch she never even got it for me or offered after I asked. I told her there online ording is horrible just to be told call to tomorrow and tell them. I guess my free ranch will go to her to drink

I mentioned in my order to hand the delivery to me but this guy called Nicolas through my pizza by the door and left. This is what i got you can see it in the picture . You guys should talk to your dashers and fixed the problem. Nobody wants a pizza like this
