If someone comes in to order food from your establishment, don't stare at them from the back (2 separate people) with a 3rd person walking past the front - making eye contact - and disappearing somewhere. And not one person communicated I was there. Not one person. I waited and waited for at least an acknowledgement. Nothing. And this wasn't just a minute or two. It was much longer than that.

Pizza hut has always been a staple of bountiful to me. From working there as an early adult, to visiting now. It's been redone and looks and feels nice, just feel the prices are a bit high just like alot of food places today.

Order wings online that include a dipping sauce, selected ranch however when I get there she said it was selected. Ok fine I would like ranch she never even got it for me or offered after I asked. I told her there online ording is horrible just to be told call to tomorrow and tell them. I guess my free ranch will go to her to drink

I mentioned in my order to hand the delivery to me but this guy called Nicolas through my pizza by the door and left. This is what i got you can see it in the picture . You guys should talk to your dashers and fixed the problem. Nobody wants a pizza like this

This particular Pizza Hut delivery has 3rd party delivery service wth non English speaking dashers that can't communicate. Which was the root of the inaccuracy of instruction.
I have been here 3 times. the first 2 times they always forgot apart of my order. The 3rd time (just now) I tried ordering again and whenever I selected 'Place Order', it would charge my card and not send the info to pizza hut. It did this three times. I spoke with my card company and they said that I needed to talk to the merchant. I called the merchant (pizza hut) and they told me to call my card company. At the end of the day, I spent $90 and Pizza Hut gave me nothing. I thought I would give this place another try and I regret it

The site is a little hard to use. Good pizza. Many choices.
Don't know if it's all locations or just this one; they have NO drivers and ALL orders are delivered through DoorDash. They don't tell you this before you order and the best you'll get if the dasher can't find you/won't answer your call/steals your order is "I guess we can remake it free of charge..." or a refund that doesn't include your tip.

The lady manager, I wish I would have gotten her name, was absolutely amazing in there. I could tell she was a little stressed out, but she kept her cool and handled the employees and customers lovely. It’s good to see a hard worker. I wish I owned a business to give her a job.
