Excellent food! I’ve had their salads many times as take out, they are always great! First time eating in store. Staff was friendly with good service. Little bit of an odd ordering, serving, paying system, but it works. Clean and comfortable.

You can find me where the good food is. 🤣❤️ After the Salt Lake Fringe Festival my Mom and I needed some food. I suggested we go to Plates & Palates in Bountiful. It was our first time there. The food was so good. We got it to go. I got the Pear and Pecan Salad and daily special Turkey BLT. Let me tell you that food was so good. My Mom ordered the Mediterranean sandwich, daily soup Ham and Bean, and the Chef's salad. Can't wait to go back. 5/5

The service was fast and friendly, especially for how busy it was. The food I got was great. I had a half sandwich and soup. And both were amazing. The place was noisier than I would have liked but it was extremely busy so it was somewhat expected.

This place is such a gem! It’s a family-run spot with amazing salads and sandwiches, and it’s the kind of place where you quickly find your go-to favorites. For me, it’s the veggie panini and the tarragon chicken salad—especially when I get it halved with the pear and pecan salad. So good.
Takeout is super easy, and their catering is seriously impressive. They’ve pulled off quick turnarounds for salad orders more than once, and everything always shows up fresh and everyone’s favorite. Oh—and don’t skip the desserts. Total highlight.
Parking can be a little tricky during the lunch rush, but it’s absolutely worth it. Once you try it, you’ll be hooked. I’ve definitely become a regular!
