The food was delicious. We got the Greek chicken Caesar salad and curry chicken salad. The only downsides were the curry chicken was a little too sweet fory taste and the rolls were very stiff on the outside. The inside was soft, but my jaw was sore after chewing the roll.

I love all the deli salads: lemon tarragon pasta, Pen tomato basil pine nut pasta salad And curry chicken salad are so yummy.😋 I also love All their salads and the soups are good too. We tried the mango passion fruit cheesecake which was divine. And my husband like the wild rice mango pudding. It was very unusual, but if you like being adventurous, it's fun to try.

This is my favorite lunch spot in Bountiful, but probably in Utah too. I love it so much. Everything is good. I alternate between half of the pear pecan salad/ half lemon tarragon salad and half pear pecan/half Reuben sandwich. It's my favorite Reuben in Utah. Perfect proportions of meat/cheese/sauerkraut and whatever heavenly sauce is on it. The flavors here I can't get anywhere else. It's always pretty crowded at lunch so I just take it out. I usually wait 10-15 for my food.

I think this is the best food in Bountiful, it is always fresh, and tastes amazing. The owners are very friendly and courteous. The staff is friendly & courteous as well. I think Your food comes out to you, faster than any fast food restaurant. The atmosphere is extremely pleasant. I always come away feeling satisfied in my eating experience. This is our go-to local place for a satisfyingly delicious lunch. The food is always fresh; the flavors always pop. I have a difficult time deciding between their Waldorf or Pear and Pecan salads. Both tempt my palette with savory and sweet ingredients. (I prefer them sans chicken.) My husband likes the sandwich/salad combo. Great place to eat!

You can find me where the good food is. 🤣❤️ After the Salt Lake Fringe Festival my Mom and I needed some food. I suggested we go to Plates & Palates in Bountiful. It was our first time there. The food was so good. We got it to go. I got the Pear and Pecan Salad and daily special Turkey BLT. Let me tell you that food was so good. My Mom ordered the Mediterranean sandwich, daily soup Ham and Bean, and the Chef's salad. Can't wait to go back. 5/5
