Many years ago we loved this place. Went in for lunch today and the food was horrible. Probably the worst of any restaurant I have ever been to.
Cleanliness was also bad considering we got there only an hour after opening.
Bathrooms don’t look like they have been cleaned in 20 years either.

Had lunch today here with cousins and siblings. It was horrible. The main dish itself was so dry and overcooked I couldn't eat it. I am still trying to figure out what the sauce was made of, definitely something I didn't recognize. It tasted awful. the only thing I could eat was a very thin piece of ham that was put in the middle somewhere. The fries were cold, and not good. I used to like Robintinos but I hope to never eat here again. This experience was just the worst.

I had wanted to try this place for years and I finally got a chance a few days ago. Looking back I wish I would have listened to the reviews I read online.i don’t want to dwell on the negatives as there were some positives. The flood was played very well and every one was very nice. The negative was that the food was the worse I’ve had in the state of Utah. And we dine out our 1-2 nights a week. I ordered chicken Parmesan and it was ok but the Spaghetti with meat sauce was terrible. It had a really bad gamey taste. So I don’t know if the meat in the sauce was bad or maybe the tomatoes but I could only stomach 2 bites. The fettuccine my wife had didn’t have any flavor. It was like chewing paper. She even asked “ how can you have no flavor “

My family has been going here for 4 generations. Back before it relocated to 500 West. When it closed a couple of years ago and reopened it never regained the “it” factor. The recipes changed slightly so their old school customers like me notice. But gosh who could pass up their ranch and garlic bread?!?!

I grew up going to the other location and then discovered the bountiful location. I'm so glad I did! The food is always great and the staff is nice! We will continue coming here for sure! Edit: after coming back since they switched management, it is really different. I'm so sad to write a bad review, but it was bad. The food is different, which is a shame. It was the same for so long, that's what kept us going back. This time, the lasagna was dry and cold and made me and my husband sick. The pizza is not as good either. The garlic bread sticks they serve at the beginning were very under cooked. Our waitress was very new and didn't really know what to do. She barely checked on us and didn't offer refills and we had to ask for napkins, utensils and the rest of our food. The ambiance is dull with no music and they have really raised their prices. Sad to say, we won't be back😕

Ate here today; we’ve lived in Utah for five years and I feel like I’ve heard great things about this place. I was disappointed. Pizza was ok, not great. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, a cheese pizza, and the house combination pizza with sausage. The combination pizza seemed under cooked - it wasn’t crispy at all and the toppings seemed like they just had been warmed up, not cooked. The soda machine was broken, which was highly disappointing. We understand those things happen though. The bathrooms are totally gross. The women’s restroom had only one lightbulb that wasn’t burned out, so it was super dark. It wasn’t very clean. My husband confirmed that the men’s bathroom was also not clean. Anyway, kind of a bummer. I expected this place to be legendary, but it was sort of a let down. Maybe we just came on a bad day. Cesar, our server, was nice.

If you want to eat somewhere where the cooks don't wear gloves and eat while they make your food, a place where they have staff that will curse and yell at teenaged girls on their first night on the job while customers have to console said teens and tell them not to worry because they did nothing wrong or best yet, a place where the manager when told how the teens are being treated says, "I'm sorry you've had a bad first night but that's just how (employee) is " Then this is the place for you!

The quality of food just isn’t what it used to be, and every time we’ve tried to give it another chance, at least one item is noticeably over or under cooked.
We've been going to Robin tino's for decades. It seems to have lost a little of its luster in the last few years but, tonight's food was excellent in the service was outstanding. I had the spaghetti and small pizza and it was all very good.

Horrible! We have been coming here for years and ever since new ownership it just keeps getting worse. Our pizza was pure dough yet burnt on top. The breadsticks and ranch were not good at all. Tasted old and stale. Them and the ranch used to be our favorite. Restaurant was dirty and the bathrooms were SO bad.

Will NOT be back Lasagna should be multi layers it's not seems like they take the top layers off (portion is very small) told the waitress but still charged. Pizza didn't the toppins requested I've loved Robintinos for many yrs as I grew up in Bountiful but I'm done
