I was disappointed because I had to buy a salad bar (whole price) when all I wanted was soup. They were completely out of clam chowder and chicken wings. They need more options on the dessert bar rather then just brownies and ice cream for lactose intolerance people. Waitress acted too busy to help me. The steak was good but everything else I give a thumbs down

I come to this excellent place many times as I love the ambiance that is unique to this restaurant. The personel is extremely attentive and skilfull. The service is absolutely efficient. Not to mention, the food they serve is great. I have been there many times and I was always delighted. The pay is fair. I recommend this place to all my friends.

This is clearly one of the most attractive restaurants in the area. Every time I come there I am exceedingly happy. They keep their very high standard service and the topmost level of dishes they offer. You no doubt will love this restaurant. Highly recommended.

Steak was raw when I ordered medium rare. Only really cooked on one side.. Food not good overall. Waitress was nice though.
The food is pretty good, the servers are very nice and attentive, and they have all you can eat shrimp. That's hard to beat.

We got to our table at 8:20pm on a friday night. They do not close until 10pm. My daughter wanted chowder and so we chose sizzler because we have always been satisfied with their service in the day. We went to the soup bar and they were out of chowder. I asked a server and she acknowledged me. It was not 30 minutes since we had gotten to our table and still no chowder. I asked for the manager on duty and he came and stated that they had been busy and that it takes 45 minutes to make a new batch. I explained to him my issue is the fact that it was a friday night and we should not have to wait 45 minutes for something that is a STANDARD at their salad bar. Although his resolution was to credit me 1 out of my 3 meals because they were only out of soup, I felt like he did not address the issue. ALSO, for the first time that night was the worse steak I have had since i have been going to that specific Sizzler. I'll be honest, it was my first time going in the evening and I'm not sure why the significant difference in quality. The servers were all excellent as usual. My server stated that they run out of soup every night towards the end of her shift. We left the at 9:40pm and still there was no chowder brought out. So i know they had no intention of making any more chowder.

I love this place. Ordered the Malibu chicken which came with a mustard dip and a premium salad that was cold, crisp and there was lots of it. The wife and I got out of there stuffed for just over $20. Go sizzler!

Rather than a family dinner on Christmas Eve we made the decision to go out for supper. As most restaurants close quiet early, we found Sizzlers to be our only choice, they close at 6 p.m. it was quite busy because others shared our experience. The food was typical Sizzlers, quite good, but typical faster restaurant food. They were running out of a few things as it was approaching closing and Christmas the next day. They accommodated us well. it was quite busy because others shared our experience.
