Tldr: the food is great, manager takes her job/customer satisfaction very seriously, and they went out of their way to make up an error on a prior order, even though I wasn't pursuing it.
Ordered takeout a couple weeks ago. They were very busy, out of beans, and when I got the order home discovered they had failed to include sauce with my ribs order. The manager was very apologetic on the phone, offered a free sandwich on my next visit. I was impressed with her demeanor and helpfulness.
I worked in several restaurants when I was younger (incl. Tony Romas). I could tell how unhappy she was with their service, and so when I ordered again, I'd already decided not to take them up on the free food (though I did briefly thank her for her kindness on the way out). It wasn't until I got home that I discovered they'd quietly doubled my entree order.
You can't expect everything to go right all the time in a busy restaurant; how staff responds says a lot about management and the work culture they've created. I've witnessed about anything that can go wrong, and the variety of ways managers and employees respond. I'm very impressed by Smokin Bones, and their effort to correct a mistake after I'd decided not to ask for anything. They get my highest recommendation, and certainly my future business
My husband has celiac, and Daphne was wonderful! She understood the importance of gluten-free options and offered great suggestions. She was kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful.

Did a takeout order, fast and friendly service. The ribs were great and the cornbread was really good. Mac and cheese blew me away. Pretty sure I would walk across the valley for more. I can't wait to come back.

We Doordashed Smokin Bones BBQ last night for dinner. I ordered the 2 meat plate and chose Turkey and pulled pork. Both were delicious. It came with two sides. I tried the mac and cheese. It was a bit dry, but had good flavor. Not your typical mac and cheese. I also had the cream corn, which was a bit soupy in texture, but the flavor was good. Portion size was very generous, enough that I had leftovers for lunch today. So yummy! A bit pricey, but considering there was enough food for two meals, it turned out to be reasonable. We also ordered scones with honey butter. Biggest scone I'd ever seen. Honey buter was whipped, very light and fluffy, but not much honey flavor. Over all, I recommend this place and most likely will order again.

So GOOD! I had the 2 meat plate with pulled pork, ribs, corn bread and potato salad for take out. The ranch is so yummy and the meat was extremely tender and flavorful! I got this for lunch yesterday and im still thinking about it (:

I got the 2 meat plate, pork and turkey. The turkey was wonderful, so tasty and tender, not dry at all, didn't even need BBQ sauce. The pork was also good, I prefer the original BBQ sauce. The plate also came with two sides, I chose the side salad and creamed corn. Corn was very good, not the typical creamed corn but even better, had bacon in it. Atmosphere was very chill, not busy at all. We went about an hour before they closed.

This was a new place to me. I like trying out different spots. This one was a good find. The meat was very nice and the ribs fell off the bones as I tried to pick them up. Juicy and tender, full of flavor. There are places that I wouldn't go back to because of the coleslaw but, I'll have to say that I would come back here again.

Went to Smokin Bones for the first time recently. Had a one meat plate with Lean Brisket and it came with two sides. The meat was tasty and tender. The sides were also delicious and well seasoned. They have two BBQ sauces ready on the table and I tried them both. The spicy one was quite thin in texture but Very good in flavor. I'd definitely want to go back and try other meats.
This was my first time trying this restaurant and they did not disappoint one bit. The food was absolutely amazing and so tasty they couldn’t make it better. The service was perfect and everyone was so nice. We will definitely be coming again!

The wings were awesome! But I thought the ribs were incredibly over seasoned, the ranch has a really weird flavor, and it took over 40 minutes to get our food despite not having many people ahead of us. Of course, my ribs and ranch complaints are subjective, but the long wait time and old/slightly grimy atmosphere weren't very appealing.

To me, this place's food tastes like good homemade food by people who don't have BBQ equipment. The ribs moreso taste like they were made in an oven or a crockpot. Don't get me wrong, Ribs can taste amazing when coming from a crockpot or oven, but when I go out for Ribs I'd rather go to somewhere that tastes like they have some sort of huge smoker to cook their food in. I like this places BBQ sauce, I like their potato salad--and despite enjoying their meats, the meats taste too similar to something I feel like I could cook at home and get similar flavor. I think I'll probably mostly stick to BBQ places that taste like they use smokers--though I would definitely be open to coming to this place occasionally to switch it up once in a while.
