The food was really fresh. The atmosphere was fun and fully themed in an old diner style. Very affordable prices. Subs, ice cream, cookies, and drinks. Very clean and well-kept bathrooms. The meatball sub was ok but the white bread was good. The sub with everything on it had the freshest and best tasting ingredients (tried ALL the veggies and and-ons). The bread for that sub was a little stale. I feel like with the right bread and sub-contents, it could be really great 👏🏼

You can't find a better price for a full combo meal. Their sandwiches are loaded with twice the meat and toppings you will get anywhere else for half the price. The ingredients and toppings are always fresh and plentiful.
we love grabbing a sandwich out to go boating, camping, picnicking, or just when we want a break from making dinner? I can't recommend them enough! You can thank me later 😁

Ordered a reuben to go and got home to find a tiny bit of meat and a pile of sauerkraut on dry bread and that’s it…. Took them 10+ minutes to make that. (I figured it was taking a long time for a good reason.. my mistake lol.) No cheese, no dressing, etc… for a sandwich shop that’s incredibly disappointing and embarrassing. Money and time down the drain. Now some of the other negative reviews (and the lack of owner response) make more sense.

I love this place but when the quiet kid in the glasses makes your sandwich it turns out as a sloppy mess that tastes half as good and when anyone else there makes it. I’m truly disappointed every time that kid makes my sandwich. Get rid of him and my review would be 5 stars

I was in need of a sandwich pick me up and spankys delivered. Reasonable prices for thick sandwiches. An 8 inch did me in. I was glad they have sprouts which are one of my favorite things on a sandwich and are really hard to find around here. Very fresh, soft bread, yummy. Maybe some other homemade sauces would really set this place apart.
