I usually enjoy my visits to Starbucks, but this last experience was honestly disappointing. When I politely asked the barista to take the ice out of my drink, she acted like I was asking for something unreasonable. I even apologized and said sorry, but she still gave me such a dismissive look and didn’t respond at all. Her attitude made me feel really uncomfortable, almost like I was being an inconvenience for simply requesting a minor change. I get that people have off days, but as a paying customer, I’d hope for at least a bit of courtesy. Not the warm, friendly Starbucks vibe I’m used to.

I’m writing this because I myself know that this is an annoying request, but the fact that she responded in such a rude way is totally unacceptable. Mind you, I hadn’t taken a sip out of the drink- I didn’t even ask her to remake the drink. Unacceptable.

I ordered a sugar cookie Frappuccino today, I made the mistake of not completely checking to see if the drink was correct until I reached my office this is when I discovered it was made wrong. So I did not drink any of it. I let it sit there and to my surprise the rumor of the ounces you pay for is not what you get. Seems to be correct As you can see in the picture the volume of the drink is below the black line. This drink has not been touched or drank at all I simply set it on counter and allowed all the whip cream and liquid to settle after an hour this is what I got.so the amount of ounces I paid for is not what I get the 20 oz in the long run is barley the same amount as a small. So lesson I learned today save money don’t buy the biggest one buy the small because you will save money and getting the same amount of product. Let’s just say I’m am not happy how companies try to rip off consumers and make us believe we are getting more than what we get at first it looks like it’s all full but when every thing settles this is what you get.

Horrible the website, door and window clearly say open til 8pm and we waited at drive thru for at least 3 min pulled around and seen the workers and they hand q'd us it was closed

Usually no issues here, but service has been steadily declining. The barista serving my friends and I tonight was cold, standoffish, and overall inconsiderate. She was muttering things under her breath, dismissive in tone. My friends drink was 90% ice, which normally shouldn't be an issue. We waited 15 minutes, which is understandable as she was the only one working, but she was conversing with a coworker, and was prioritizing talking to him vs being nice to us. My sister and I ordered pumpkin spice frappes, no problem on the wait as said previously, but before she served them to us, she poured out a sample of our drinks to serve to her coworker. The unprofessionalism and poor customer service here will make my return to this Starbucks location very unlikely.

Used to like going here to beat all the crowds. Service has been on the decline lately. Management needs some work.Didn’t have cold brew, didn’t have chai tea, didn’t have macchiatos. Thought I was going to a coffee shop. It is Starbucks after all.
