I absolutely adore this location. I go here occasionally on my lunch breaks at work. I don't know if it's just the time of day I go in at, but I never have issues waiting in long lines. I typically order an iced chai with oatmilk and a ham & swiss on baguette whenever I go, and I've never been let down.
Also, Gabriel is absolutely amazing there. He's usually working the drive-thru when I go and he's literally an angel. Always so sweet and kind-hearted, which I know is super hard to be in food service, especially coffee food service. I hope he gets the absolute best treatment there because he makes such a good impression for this Starbucks.

I don’t write reviews often. but i’m frustrated. I asked for light ice. and what do they do? give me a cup full of ice. I couldn’t tell when she initially handed it to me or I would have sent it back. I literally only had 3 gulps of my coffee and boom gone. I don’t get starbucks often unless it’s a special occasion. I wanted to treat myself and this just reminded me why I shouldn't go to starbucks. I just paid $7 for a cup of ice. they handed it to me quickly and barely spoke to me cause they were busy laughing among each other. I have a feeling they knew they were saving their product handing me a cup full of ice. what a shame.

I never write reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough to merit one. This is the only drink I ever order from Starbucks, so I know exactly how it should taste. Today completely missed the mark. Additionally, despite asking for light ice, the drink was filled with what looked like extra ice. Not impressed.

I usually get the same drink everyday right before work, and I'm not sure why but when this Starbucks makes it, it's very watered down. This has happened multiple times as well. I also went back to buy another one just to see if maybe it was just a mistake or something, but the second drink I got was exactly the same. Other Starbucks makes them really well, but this one is watered down everytime I go. It's the 3rd time this has happened. I might have to try another Starbucks.

Super bummed with my experience today. I found a drink i absolutely love and have been ordering it every morning that I work for a while now. But today my drink was made very poorly. Normally im not one to call and complain- but i dont spend 9 to 11 dollars on a drink for it to be awful due to someone just not blending it long enough. When I called the lady asked me if I asked for it to be mixed/blended. There is literally no where on the app that asks this and I shouldn't have to say that i want the ingredients mixed in instead of just being half assed with powder chunks. This is the only time this has been an issue. I tried mixing it myself for a good 10 minutes by hand to get it decent. Again i shouldnt have to do that when these drinks cost what they do.I wouldn't even be writing this if the lady wouldn't have tried to make it seem as if i was in the wrong for them just not mixing it well. It was very apparent before I even took a drink that they were either in a hurry or careless as you could obviously see it wasnt how it normally is. Had they offered to make me a new one or even just apologized without trying to make me responsible for their lack would have made me happy and avoided all this.
