They did everything right except for quit selling Coke. I know that they do not have control because SUBWAY® makes certain decisions. Too bad they had to choose Pepsi. I know it will impact the amount of times I go to Subway. Sometimes you just need a good Coke. Thank you.

I’ve managed several subways, so I always feel weird walking into one. My order is kind of a pain. So I always get a little anxious. The two young men on shift were so helpful and friendly I felt immediately better! You’ve got some good employees!

Alex and Sam did an amazing job!! Super attentive. Sam was very informative And educated me as the customer. Alex LOADED up the veggies on my veggie sub, which is a big deal when you’re vegetarian and want to be filled on veggies. Both were very patient. I’m a district trainer at another sub shop so I’m always overly analyzing the sub making process at other stores. I don’t expect the best service at night as generally managers are on the morning shifts in restaurants. But tonight I was IMPRESSED.

No manager, only run by kids. The point of sale is outdated and can't put coupons in manually. When I came back to deal with a coupon issue, the kids started laughing.
Rude, no customer service and outdated equipment. Which is saying something because I could manually put in coupons at my first fast food job almost 20 years ago.

Just stopped in here for lunch and I ordered a honey mustard chicken wrap. The menu board looked like it said $8.59 but there was a piece of machinery or equipment covering the price of the honey mustard one and two other kinds of wraps. The $8.59 one was only for one type of chicken wrap but it looked to me because you couldn’t see the other prices that the other prices were the same. I got the bill and complained about the price and that’s when they told me that the honey mustard one was more expensive. I said you couldn’t see the price and they said that they have tried to move the machinery and couldn’t so it was obvious to me that there have been other complaints about this. They said that I should’ve asked what the price was but to me it was obvious that it was only $8.59 and if it’s more because they know about their problem there with the machinery covering up the prices that they should tell you that it’s more than 859. there were three employees in there and none of them seem to care very much as I talked to 2 of them about it. The wrap was good but the service was terrible. A nice offer would’ve been a $2 discount which I would request from you if possible.
I think subway has gone down in quality. Food is decent but doesn’t seem as good as it used to be.
