They’re usually very nice but turned me away because I didn’t have a car. I just wanted to walk over and pick up a drink and not stick around. I’ve done this before. I wish they would pick and stick to a policy. I’m just sad because I wasted 20 minutes of my break trying to figure out the app and online and it’s just bad service so the app wasn’t downloading. Walkers beware, you will be turned away.

Mixed coconut in my endless summer drink. Didn’t seem to want to take responsibility for the mistake. Tried to give the drink they messed up on back and they refused me causing me to hold it in my lap till I got home.

Ordered on the app it was ready when we got there, my only complaints would be the line for the drive through is always out to and into the road, and the price for the water drinks is a little crazy I mean I know it has more than water but to get it blended is $1.50 extra, they don’t take any money off if you get no ice but if you want it blended your paying almost $8 for a water based drink.

I just ordered a “fruit water” (which is literally just frozen fruit in water) with sparkling water, fresh orange, and fresh lemon. HOWEVER, as soon as I sipped it, I could tell that they added a coconut syrup to the drink. Is it seriously THAT hard to put fruit in a cup of sparkling water and NOT put sugary syrup in it????
Extremely disappointed since these kinds of water/refresher drinks are my go-to at these kinds of places but I can’t STAND when they’re loaded with sugar. Going to be taking my business to solely Thirst from now on since they know how to make the drinks that’re on their menu. Again, I’m extremely disappointed.

First visit to this location. Great service and recommendations on drinks I was considering. The seasonal/ monthly cookie was delicious, balanced, not too sweet. We ordered ice water, a Daydreamer, a Reindeer Roca, and a Chocolate Peppermint Crinkle Cookie. Everything was great!

I don’t know her name but she does NOT know how to talk to customers and does not need to work there with that kind of attitude because she low key really pissed me off. I walked in looking to order and she automatically goes “are you here for pick up? No? Then go to the drive thru” there was no please or sense of politeness and I was in shock and so I just say “what” and rudely she goes “inside is closed” so I just walked out before i said anything out of pocket. manager needs to do managing about customer service to some of these “privileged” girls.

I ordered a sparkling refresher, first off they didn’t have the purée that goes in the drink, so they offered a syrup instead. Secondly they must have forgotten it because all I got was soda water. Normally I wouldn’t complain, but guys if I pay $4 for a soda it better be worth it. I can buy sparkling water elsewhere for less. So annoyed. Of course I was traveling so I can’t go back and change it.
