I was having a bad night from work and I talked to (Paul - team member) through the drive threw. Made my night 🌙! Awesome customer service skills 👌 You need to clone this guys performance and skills and personality + give him a raise because it's rare I come across this and I have 25+ years in customer service and can't definitely tell when someone goes above and beyond! This guy hits it! Plus the food was amazing and hot 🔥 thanks Paul keep it up!

Food was extra gross. ONLY reason we came in was because kids wanted to try new chicken nuggets. Well they weren't any good here. They were burnt and could taste old oil. They also did not have any of the sauces advertised. Gross experience over all today.

This taco bell is often out of stock of things, they also don't always have limited time things that other locations have and they are missing some of the normal staple items all the other local taco bell locations have.

My sister surprised us with Taco Bell however the surprise was on her. When she arrived home she found that they never gave her the : crunchwrap supreme. She went back inside again and showed them the order and the receipt. They gave her her food and she was again at home. She took the food out to discover again no crunchwrap supreme instead six tacos. If we would have wanted tacos we would have ordered them. This has happened before. My husband went ahead and ate the tacos. The point was he shouldn't of had too. I'm very disappointed in management at this location. When my sister went back the manger helped her and didn't bother to see if the order was correct.

This Taco Bell is plagued by completing orders incorrectly or not contacting guest they are out of stock of something. This is the second time I’m missing two burritos from my order even tho the bag is sealed, order says complete on the app, and they let me walk out of the restaurant with my order.

Stopped by after work the other night for a quick bite to eat. With in about 30-40 minutes of eating I started feeling very sick and ended up vomiting everything. Felt fine all day and afterwards. Something is very wrong with the beef
Ordered online and went through the drive through and they gave me 4 of the same burrito when i ordered different ones. This Taco Bell is such a hit or miss. And the workers are very lazy and take their time to do their job.
