After hearing recommendations to this place for delicious gluten free food, I finally stopped by to try it out. Not knowing what was good, I asked for their favorites at the counter. I had the California and the OG upon the recommendation of the employees. It was so good! Friendly, helpful, informative, and fast, delicious food. I will be back!

Tonight it was extremely busy but the employees were very positive, worked well together, and were very apologetic about the wait. Usually younger teens don’t have this kind of work ethic, positive attitude, or this friendly.
I reviewed this place, but at the Saratoga Springs location. Let me just tell you…..smoking! I really didn’t remember how exceptional the food was until we stopped in at the Bountiful location. Both my wife and I got the “gringo” (brisket taco), and I additionally ordered the “Memphis” and a newer concoction like loaded tatie tots…..Bangin’!! The fusion of American smokehouse and Mexican is a match made in heaven!!! You have to try this place. The candied jalapeños are sooo good. Not spicy, just flavorful. And the house salsa tastes like it’s smoke infused. Loved it!!!

Delicious, fresh tacos, friendly and fast service - we’ll definitely be back. All of the meats are so smoky and tasty. As for tacos, we had the OG, the gringo, the fleeing Californian, and the smoking pastor (my personal favorite) - all fantastic! The salad was hearty (you get to choose which meat you want), the salsa is just right - not too spicy but with tons of flavor, the chips were fresh and crisp, and even the churro fries (gluten free?!) were a tasty way to finish- a win for our whole family. Come hungry!

My husband and I came for date night, we got the smoke show. It came with so much food that we left full and satisfied with food to spare. It was all so delicious that we were fighting over who got what. I highly recommend
