Took my daughter here for lunch. I’ve been a couple times and always have a great experience. The owner is a one man show with the most simple and successful business model that even my 15yo daughter just chuckled with the whole experience. And, he makes damn good sandwiches.
Come as soon as they open. They only make a portioned amount each day. When it’s gone, it’s gone.
Bring cash. You will love this payment system.

I love this place! It is so good! I love how it’s a one person operation. There is no cash register. The guy who owns it is the one who also makes all the food. He’s the only employee.
The garlic and the cream cheese Philly cheesesteak is amazing! Everything super fresh. It’s cash only which is great and there is an ATM for you to get cash from. Since there is no register, you put your money into a hole on the counter and if you need change back, he has a basket full of cash for you to Get your change from. It’s an honor code service. It’s a super great and simple concept! And did I mention how delicious it is?
Really like the cash only honor system, it feels good to be trusted for a change. And of course, the philly cheesesteak is amazing.

So I want to give this higher reviews, but I just wasn’t as blown away as everybody else. The Philly cheesesteak was good (I got the Alfredo), but the buns were a bit stale. I guess I was expecting knock your socks off with all of the reviews. If the buns had been softer, then I’d probably give this 5 stars. There is very limited seating, so don’t plan on dining in if you have a big group. The line can get really long but it goes by decently fast for just 1 guy working there. The guy is super nice. You have to pay with cash!!! I’d like to try it again and see if my rating improves :)
