Got a Wendy's chocolate Frostie. Did not taste at all like chocolate, but tasted just like sour milk. Took it back. They wanted to give me another Frostie. NO THANKS.

This wendys has always been aloof and poor. I thought maybe after reconstruction they would finally pick up. But i am always disappointed. What a waste. Ordering is an absolute hazard the employess do not listen clearly. Incompetent and scammy. I ask for TWO things. I only got one of the things i asked for after triple checking with the employee. I ask at the drive thru for them to read my order back to me and i am ignored. I didnt even get a receipt. No one has time to go back to a damn restaurant to get their food that they should already have. It should be done right the first time. I shouldnt have to be doing the job for you. Ordering is simple, if you cant understand that dont take orders. What a joke of a restaurant. All wendys have gone downhill. Have a nice day

My son went inside to order some food at approximately 6:10. He waited in line for 20 minutes, came outside and we got in line for the drive through because we thought it might be faster. It’s now 6:51 and I’m still waiting at the drive through window. I’m a busy working mom.. and I gotta say, I want that 45 minutes of my life back 🫠

A simple review, I won't be back. The special and gift card I had was the only reason I stopped. The 2 egg and cheese English muffins for $3 gets the 2 stars. Obviously this place is understaffed.

Place was clean. The guy taking our order seemed to not listen completely or he was new and nervous, but the order came out correctly. Tried for my first time ever...fries dipped in frosty. Delicious!

Ordering a burger from Wendy’s now that they have changed the lettuce on the burgers is like eating a burger from McDonald’s! Gone with the days that Wendy’s was held to a higher standard than McDonald’s . Even I even asked for substitution of the leaf lettuce on the salads they said that wasn’t an option them if I didn’t like the The lettuce on the burgers come with then I should order it with no lettuce at all how lame is that? Wendy’s bring back the Lyft lettuce on the burgers and chicken stop trying to cut corners to save a buck or two. Your customers are noticing.

this location is a huge struggle bus. it’s kinda unbelievable. employees should not receive punishment for this, as it is clearly an understaffed issue and fast food is HARD. i’m upset with the higher ups that allow these employees to struggle to the point of mental breakdowns.

Took my granddaughter in for dinner, after being at gymnastics. Wanted her to wash her hands before eating, BUT the restroom was so disgusting, I preferred the dirty gym hands, she had, to that filth. No soap, and looked like a handful of disgruntled customers were let lose to throw used feces smeared toilet paper, all over the stall, and tipped out the garbage can. Another lady was just then telling the employees how filthy the restrooms were. Oh, and as were sitting there a Wendy's employee pulled into the front Online parking stall, and hit the metal sign that indicates Online parking only. He gets out doesn't push the bolted metal bolts back into the cement. So as we're leaving we had to push metal sign, with the bolts back into the cement so we could shimmy out under it.... Unbelievable! So sad for a Wendy's especially, in a city like Bountiful.
The food was good, freshly made, order was correct, employees were kind, and efficient, but I'll never go back there again.

I had an average experience at this location. The drive-thru line was slow and my order was not accurate. Sorry to say, but I prefer either the North Salt Lake, or the Centerville location.
