Sat in line for 45 minutes. Not sure if employees just don’t want to do their job or what. But this is absolutely ridiculous. Would recommend going to another location.

Worst service ever! Didn't even get all food and cold ASF fries. Tried to call, no answer. Lady didn't even speak English. Hella hating. Hate em. Hate em. Hate em.

Ordered through the drive thru, did not get what I ordered. Drove back to get corrected, they gave me a bag of cold food that was again not what I ordered. There was definitely a communication issue with the staff that made the experience difficult. Ended up going to Centerville location and received the food I ordered (spending more money) and excellent customer service. Go to Centerville for your Wendy’s.

This is the second time I've ordered at this Wendy's and been told they don't have something that is posted on a large sign in front of their menu. There is a didn't sign right by their drive thru menu advertising that item. And the employees, who barely speak English, acted like they'd never heard of it before. When I asked when they got rid of the new flavor they just kept repeating very confused that they didn't have the flavor. This happened to me with another new item a few months back also. Generally I love Wendy's but this location is just awful.

Ordered jr cheese burgers and an order of fries. Burgers were cold, flooded with ketchup and buns dry. Fries were cold and package 1/2 full.
Won’t be going back to this location in Bountiful. Ut.

Usually everything goes great at this location. Today was my only not good visit here.
It took a while to get the people to almost understand what I wanted. They almost got things right. But I was okay with what they came up with. The window person did good.
I got two burgers with buns that were pretty dried out. I was okay with that as I am used to less than good things at times.
What I most was not satisfied with was the French fries. I started eating them soon after leaving the location. The fries were barely warm! That I didn't appreciate.
Regularly at this location people taking my food request understand English. The people today together couldn't quite get things.

This Wendy’s location is under new management. If you have anything wrong with your food or your order, ask to file a written complaint if you have time. I would love to get older/better management back.

I go this Wendy's about once every two weeks for lunch. I decided I wanted to try breakfast for the first time before work. I saw the 2 for $3 meal and thought that was a great deal. I went in, ordered for it, and then I was told the total was almost $6 dollars. I knew that couldn't be right. Then the cashier proceeded to tell me that their 2 for $3 is not working so I'd have to pay the new amount instead. I went their for the deal, not that, so I left with nothing and it was a waste of time to drive there this morning. I went elsewhere for breakfast.

My wife and I pulled up to the drive-thru to get an order and we were asked if we would like a medium or large. All we did was ask what does that mean if it meant a large fry or a large drink or both. The person taking our order yelled at us and we decided to go somewhere else. The customer service at this place is the worst I've ever experienced of drive-thru. Multiple times My brothers and I have gone to this Wendy's and they always get our order wrong customer service here is terrible do not recommend we canceled our order and we're going somewhere else.

Kid-friendliness: If you have kids in the car and you ask a question about a kid's meal you're probably going to get yelled at.
