We had an amazing time with our stay here! The staff were amazing with their customer service. Ryan, Ivan and Christina were great with many awesome recommendations on things to do and always smiling at the front desk. The rooms were nice and clean and beds super comfy. We stayed 7 days and did plenty of wonderful adventures in Zion Park(the Narrows is a must), Bryce Canyon, Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend, we even drove out to the Grand Canyon!! We also rented ATV with the spot across the street which was very convenient and went all through Brian Head which had amazing views!! We will definitely return again! All the Staff were amazing couldn’t list them all but management should be proud!! Shows that management is amazing also! Thanks for a great vacation!

We needed to come in a day early last minute and they were super accommodating! The room was great! Couldn't ask for better service or a better room!

Very pleasant hotel, we regret that when we booked on the site it was not clear that the swimming pool was under construction. The price, however, does not change. Damage
Rooms: Very large and pleasant luxury room. With kitchen and everything you need for a good stay

It’s a neat little place. It’s definitely a little bit older. If you want groceries, you need to go across the street. There’s a little supermarket store Annie’s and they have everything you need including liquor and small groceries. There’s not a huge selection, but it’s perfect for what you need while you’re staying there at the resort.
FYI, there is no air conditioning but if you’re coming here for the winter, you don’t need it. It was a nice little place.

A few Knicks but quickly resolved. Hopefully they find a breakfast cook soon ☺️

Love this resort! Everything you could ask for! Our 2-bedroom condo was spacious and furnished nicely. I used the fitness center every day except once. It is equipped with the things I needed to maintain my workout routine. This resort is 90 minutes to Zion and Bryce Canyon and right next to Cedar Breaks Monument. I absolutely loved the drive to Bryce the days we visited. The drive to Zion was nice as well.

When we got there the check in lady was very nice. We were disappointed that they were working on the pool , but there's so much else to do in the area and games to play there that we didn't really miss the pool. I like the room we were placed in.
Nearby activities: There's lots of national parks around and in the winter there's a ski resort.
Food and drinks: They have a restaurant at the resort, but it's pretty expensive.

Stayed here for two nights. Decent location - only about an hour or so from both Bryce Canyon or Zion. The lodge is up on a mountain, and it can be quite an inconvenient drive at any time of the day. At the time I visited, several of the amenities I visited were unavailable - the pool was closed for the season, the lounge was closed indefinitely. There was no free/continental breakfast, so that was a bit of a bummer. The room was nice and spacious, but there was no housekeeping service in between nights. Overall, decent stay, but it could've been better.

Room was 80 degrees F overnight. Made it difficult to sleep, so we asked the front desk what to do. They said open the windows and run the fan. We couldn't open the windows and tried the fan. Beds are oddly also not comfortable but it may have been the heat. Ended up not sleeping through the night. Front desk managers response amounted to "deal with it." It would've been helpful if they put us on a lower floor or helped find a room that we could open the window.
There is also ongoing construction so if you do manage to sleep you'll be woken up by that. The spa and the pool are closed until Oct. They were recently bought by Hilton but it doesn't seem like they care about guests in the summer until the Hilton facelift happens.
Nearby activities: Close to national monument

Ever since they got bought out by hilton or whatever it's went down hill. It's been under construction last 3/4 times we have stayed there.

When we got there, check in was easy. The pool was closed, so were some other amenities which was not a problem for us. We understand, because the property is being remodeled. Problems we encountered: The rooms were not really clean, the window handles were broken from the people who stayed there before. The place overall is very outdated, but again, hopefully they fix it when they remodel. The over the tub shower was very steep to climb in and the shower from the other bathroom was very small and tight. The king bed was one of the worst beds I ever tried to sleep in, as it was hard as a rock and my husband's back hurt upon waking up. The water faucet in the bedroom shower was dripping all night. We actually booked a king and Queen bed unit, but they supposedly "upgraded" us without telling us. Later on we found out that they gave our room away and were out of that kind of unit. My recommendation: Don't book room 2122 or wait to book this place until their remodel is complete. And P.S. We only stayed 3 nights and they do not offer room service for only 3 nights.

Great place. However, Beaware that altitude sickness is deadly. People with untreated sleep apnea or heart conditions are highly susceptible. Bring a pulse ox with you.

2 yrs ago this was fine.
We went this weekend, should have stayed somewhere else!! We weren't told at check in (nor is it anywhere on their site) that all of the amenities (pool, gym, sauna etc are closed for 4 months!! And we still had to pay a resort fee, for what? To stare at the dark locked pool deck??
The rooms are showing their age, the fans all appear as if they may fall from the ceiling at any moment and the hallways stink! Save your pennies and stay elsewhere!

Excellent choice for the night. Off-season room rates were great, rooms are comfy with fireplace, kitchenette was fully equipped with microwave, mini refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster, blender, and a soaking bathtub. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Definitely would stay again.
