Service was bad. Cole Slaw was rancid. Poor management. Nice ambience.

We’re staying up here for a long weekend in October. There aren’t a lot of choices for dinner but The Lift sounded intriguing with a lodge vibe. We weren’t disappointed! We both got the Lift Burger & a couple of drinks from the bar. They were a bit busy for a Thursday night with about 8-10 tables full & a few in the bar area. I was a little concerned when I only saw one waitress and one bartender. No need to worry, they worked well together, Marissa & Madge, the service was great and the kitchen did a great job putting out the food quite quickly! We would most definitely eat here again, our burgers were cooked as ordered and their fries, OMG, sooo good!

We really enjoyed our meal. Marissa and Madge were great and super attentive. We ordered chicken sandwiches & burgers, and they were both great.

Food is not good, ranch was worse than eating Hidden Valley. Buns were soggy on both meals we ordered. Didn’t seem like anything we ate was freshly made, & it took forever for us to even get it.

We ate 2 meals here while staying at the hotel. Let me start with the staff - super friendly, fast, absolutely wonderful. The food left a lot to be desired. I don't know if it's because it's the off season or what. Cutting slack on prices as it is a resort, but you're going to need to give me a little bit more in quality. But again, staff was so wonderful.

The employees here are absolutely ridiculous!! We waited at the, "please wait to be seated" sign for 10 minutes while they were completely empty and the waitress looked our way about 5 times without acknowledging us or seating us. Then, a menu claimed they had a French dip and when ordering it they were rude about saying they're not even on their menu. Then it says, " fries or coleslaw" we politely asked for fries and they rudely roll their eyes and say, "uh yeah it comes with them".. well, that's not what your menu says! How do you expect to get tips or recommendations acting like this!? Horrible place to go! Food was below average too! This is how businesses fail!

First, the gentleman working at the bar was quite rude and rolled his eyes at my relatives when they decided not to buy a drink. Our server was quite nice; however, I ordered the daily special of chicken noodle soup. It was $8. They gave me what was obviously canned chicken noodle soup. I get that it’s hard to come by fresh things in the mountains but $8 for Progressive? When I asked the server for fries instead, she kindly accommodated me but I just have the vibe from the other workers they’re gonna spit in my food. Avoid this place.

Beautiful atmosphere and great service! The food was good too, but just missed the mark on a few details. Prices are a little high, but that's a given as this is a resort.

Great dinner on a busy evening. Servers were attentive and took care of us quickly after a 20-min wait. Fireplace was a fun place to sit with the kids…thanks for making that area all-ages.Burgers were tasty; fries were unique and a real surprise.

Our server was lovely. She was personable and quite fun to chat with. However, that was the only positive experience we had. Where do I begin. The menu states a number wings, we asked for 2 orders and both were short a wing. The meat balls came out with a cold and hard “cheesy garlic baguette”. No quality check once the food hit the table. All of this after having waited for an hour for a table. The fries came out lukewarm - which while waiting for a table, I watched food sit for 5-10 minutes before being ran to a table.

I don’t know if the waitress just broke up with her boyfriend or someone died, but she was in a terrible mood. Made the meal really unpleasant. On top of that, the food was not good. Took 2 bites and couldn’t eat any more. I know it’s a mountain town and hard to get ingredients up there, but that was gross.
