This place is really good. It was very quiet in a café like area in the middle of the mountains. A great spot to do some work and catch up on some things while you’re loved ones went to go ski. Definitely will be coming back for more. Small time vibes and delicious coffee.

There aren’t many breakfast options in Brian Head. This was a great option for our family. The restaurant had a great selection of coffee and while the breakfast food menu is small, the pancakes were homemade and delicious. The croissant sandwiches were fresh and large enough for an adult portion. There was plenty of seating. The staff was friendly, but obviously a little stressed. However, when folks read the Google reviews and assume the worst, that’s not on the restaurant, that’s on the customer.Every coffee shop has a wait, and a fresh breakfast takes time to cook. That being said, we only waited about 10 min for our food and it was no problem at all. The total bill was less than $40.I recommend you give this place a try. Put your patience pants on and enjoy the delicious food, coffee or ice cream up here in the snow.Kid-friendliness: Nothing super fragile, simple layout, good menu options for kids that they’ll actually eat!

Mountain Peak Cafe quickly became my go-to spot for my morning latte, and I always enjoyed my time in there. The people working there were very friendly and hospitable, and the coffee was, to my surprise, very tasty. I did have the occasional snack there that sated my hunger. I'll happily go back when I'm in the area!

have been to this cafe two times and both times were 10/10. I got the smilin hawaiian cold brew and to my surprise it wasn't over the top sweet which I loved. I'm from vegas and I always expect to pay $6+ on a regular coffee. I paid about $4.50 both times i went including the tip, as a resort cafe I find those prices extremely reasonable.

Very rude lady! She had no patience, was trying to rush us cause she needed to help another customer behind us that wasn't even waiting for that long and needed to make food and drinks were alright! Just not a welcoming place!

Finally! Finally Brianhead got a good little coffee house! Hot chocolate was great after an evening of ice skating. The following morning, I enjoyed a nice iced coffee. Good choices and decent hours.

My husband and I were in town visiting. This was the only place around for a coffee. We were waiting outside the door when they opened at 8 am. We ordered 2 small coffees and 2 croissant breakfast sandwiches. Both were adequate but the prices were outrageous...$30 total. A small coffee was $5.61!

Mountain Peak is the best! Great food, great coffee, and great people. I work in Brian Head and find myself there several times a week. Although the other options in town are also good, Mountain Peak is definitely my favorite!Kid-friendliness: Great atmosphere! Everyone is very kind!

We arrived on this beautiful chilly October morning after camping and were looking forward to a nice warm breakfast when we were greeted by a grouchy young man, blaring awful music with the f word in every sentence. He was rude, short tempered and basically threw our sandwiches at us. We ate in the car but frankly I didn’t want to eat anything made from that person. Will never go there again.

The food is really good here! It's busy on summer weekends, so you may have to wait a bit. I promise it's worth it. We came twice, once for lunch sandwiches and the next day for breakfast. Both times were great.Vegetarian options: The bristlecone vegetarian sandwich is delicious. Most of the breakfast options are vegetarian too.Parking: Parking is in the big lot shared with Brian Head Sports and the Brian Head Ski Resort. It wasn't anywhere near full either time we went, but I don't know what it's like in other seasons.
