Literally got there at 7 and they decided to close early and lock the doors on us. Everything clearly says they’re open until 8.

I’m from San Diego so my perspective is different. It’s a taco shop like set up. Simple menu & fountain drinks available. Decent food for the town of Brian Head.Only notes is keep the dining room cleared. In the 30 minutes we were there, 4 tables left & no one wiped the tables down or picked up stuff off the ground.

This place is amazing and the food is really good. The burrito has some really good flavors and a small family own restaurant. If you are in Brianhead, this spot is definitely a place to visit!

The worst “Mexican” food I’ve ever had. I don’t know if the people here have ever heard of spices or not but it tastes like straight up mush. Even salsa, salt, and a lime couldn’t save it. I ordered the Asada burrito and it was mostly the blandest rice and beans ever made, with maybe a spoonful of Asada. Overpriced as well because it’s 13 dollars for a burrito, with barely any meat. Please do yourself, your tastebuds, and your wallet a favor and eat at the Pizza place next door or something.

The food was good. (Kudos to the lady in the kitchen) But the guy behind the counter was more concerned with preserving his little red plastic trays than pleasing a customer. He was nasty to me. I will never eat there again.

The micheladas and the chorizo tacos were 10/10! The serving was amazing! The food reminded me of back home (San Diego). Will be back again!

Wheelchair accessibility: Stopped by today at 5:10pm after receiving a busy signal on their phone for half an hour. Was told they were closed due to no customers!!! She didn't know what was wrong with their phone. Poorly run business that closes at dinner time on a weekend. Don't waste the trip.

Rosales has all the menu items you'll be looking for. The service and food are fabulous. The restaurant is clean and comfortable. We were a party of four today. We tried the al pastor burrito, cheese enchiladas, Taco trio and pork enchilada plate, all of us loved our choices. I'm confident you'll love this place.

don't listen to all the people who think they know Mexican food but don't really. Casual, fast and some very nice asada fries, Al pastor tacos also sweet people in the kitchen and the front. will eat here again when mountain biking.
