Really good food atmosphere is nice. It's like a family business you might want to say. Makes you feel good to be there

If you have ever wanted sushi but even more fast-food american this is the place for you. Huge servings of mismashed ingredients. Each burrito tastes both warm and cold. Messy. Each burrito is so crammed with ingredients it is impossible for it to have any distinct flavor. Served on plastic disposable plates and no dinnerware or cups.

Our food was amazing. Hot, fresh and delicious šŸ˜‹. Everything was cooked just right. Veggies were crisp-tender not over cooked, shrimp was cooked perfectly and the teriyaki chicken was so good and tender. We opted for fried rice and it was really good too. Will absolutely go again. We needed this in Brigham!

This place made me very sad.

The only asian in Brigham city make you food that doesn’t taste good.

We traveled here from Washington state, and our daughter suggested we eat at this restaurant. We ordered two family meals and enjoyed the food very much. The beef and broccoli was the best I've had at any restaurant, with perfectly cooked tender crisp broccoli, and the wonderful flavor I was hoping for.

The owner had a pleasant personality and obviously took pride in his company. We would definitely eat there again and recommend it to our friends.

Ordered delivery, no napkins, no soy sauce, no utensils,no wasabi, just dry rolls and useless fortune cookies.

The worst customer service I have ever seen at a ā€œrestaurantā€

I am from out of town. Houston, Texas to be exact. And I’m staying here at the best Western Bigham Inn and suites. And I went through the restaurants that were available around us and I thought oh Asian food that would be good so I ordered.

I ordered online that part went very well and then the order came. It came very very quickly. I was surprised I hadn’t even managed to get out of my shower yet. Luckily my husband was here to answer the door then we opened the order.

First off, we noticed that there was nothing to eat it with. We’re in a hotel there’s no silverware in this hotel. They have some for breakfast but there’s none here in the room. How am I supposed to eat my egg drop soup? How am I supposed to get my food out of the little container that they sent it in? Am I supposed to eat with my fingers like I’m some sort of savage? And then they didn’t include the potstickers that I ordered.

When I called them about the lack of plasticware, thinking it was just an oversight and they could run us some over. They said oh we don’t send plasticware with our takeout orders/delivery.

I was totally floored. I have never heard of a food business not providing something to eat with in an order that is delivery OR takeout for that matter. I had to send my poor husband down to talk to the lady at the front desk to ask her if she would kindly give us some plasticware from the breakfast area. That’s not her job to provide the plasticware for another business who should’ve provided it in the first place And instead of the potstickers we got some type of little bag with two little cheese wontons in it and what looks like a tiny little Vietnamese eggroll.

I told them that they needed to put that information about-ā€œoh by the way we don’t send plasticware with our takeout or delivery ordersā€ so the people from out of town like ourselves who don’t go to their business any other time will know. I would not have ordered from them had I known they did not provide plasticware And I will never order from them again and I really hope there’s a lot of folks who agree with me because this is absolutely ridiculous.

As for the food itself, it was hot and tasty, but I am so upset over these types of I don’t know what to call it. It’s more than an oversight. here you are starving to death in the motel room because you’ve been on the road for 12 hours and you order a meal and you can’t eat it because you can’t put your fingers in it. It’s ridiculous.

I had even given a larger tip than requested based on how well the online ordering went. That’s a lesson for me!
