This location was the cleanest ever. Also the staff was so polite, professional and friendly. I added this to my Garmin so we can stop here again. It is a maybe a mile from the freeway.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! They will make you wait almost an hour! Its unbelievable that they couldn't help eachother out. I understand there's drive thru, online and in store but when the in-store died down there was no communication with each other to help out. Never coming back again!

Food is delicious. Serving sizes are small often times but the staff is so friendly and dining room is clean.

We brought our 10–12 year old AYSO Region 138 soccer team in for our end-of-season championship meal, and the experience was fantastic! The food was delicious (as always), and the service was very good. One thing that really stood out was how patient and helpful the staff were. Each player ordered their own meal, and the employees were kind and encouraging as they helped the kids figure out what they wanted. As the coach, I didn't have to help my kids with any of the ordering process; a nice treat for me. 😀

It made the whole celebration feel smooth, positive, and fun. The team loved it, and the parents appreciated it too. Thank you for helping make our championship celebration a memorable one! Go Team Thunder and Team Costa Vida! 🎉⚽️🌯

I would like the share more of the whole story. I called the Costa Vida on 13847 S redwood Road in Bluffdale and 10:30 right when they open asking if I could do a catering meal for 20 people and pick up at 5 pm. I was told no that they had too many orders today and couldn’t do it. I told them I would be putting in 20 separate orders online if not and asked if it would it be easier to just do the catering. I was told that they just can’t be giving out rice and beans like that and it needed to be ordered in advance. Like what? You can’t give me rice and beans??? I would be buying them, right?? Not willing to help, nothing. Super disappointing that the manager just said no.
So at 11 when the Costa Vida in Brigham City opened I walked in and the assistant Manager came and asked me what I needed and she said sure let me check for you. Came back and said it’s no problem at all. Was so kind and willing to help me out before I even explained. When I came at 3 to pick everything up it was ready and the store manager brought it out and thanked me for the order. An employee helped carry it out to the car. What a wonderful store, the assistant manager, employees, and store manager all came to my assistance today. All were willing to help me out and they all did in their own way. What a fabulous, customer service oriented store. It really shows that everyone at the Brigham City has great customer service and I’m so grateful for ALL of them. Thank you, Thank you to Brigham City Costa Vida.

While I would like to give a 5 star review what you get here really depends on what day of the week it is, and I I’m being entirely serious. While the service is relatively consistent, the quality of the food you get is Not. Come on a Monday, it’s the best time to get good, fresh delicious food, but if you come on a Saturday or Sunday… bring a bowl because you’re getting soup. I’ve put off making this review because I wanted to be sure my review is accurate, and not just me coming in on a bad day, but this has been my experience at this location. Highly recommend Mon-Thurs but maybe pick a place that’s not trying to get rid of the weeks scraps, watering down the sauce and wherever else they do at the end of the week. Think of it like “day old donuts” but for Mexican food on the weekends.

Took a business client to lunch. The service was great, friendly faces and patient crew members, help us get our older correct. The tables and floors were clean and the food was very satisfying.
