Super slow, Service, no tres leches or Keylime pie and very dirty.

Great fast service. Love the food always.

I’ve been to many Costa Vidas across Utah but this has to be the worst one. I will say the chips for the nachos were delicious, but there was not very much steak on them. And my steak burrito I ordered, it tasted more like a rice and bean burrito, literally the tiniest amount of meat (by far the least meat I’ve ever received at any Costa Vida, by a lot), and the mild sauce was a weird color and texture, almost like it had congealed. They also didn’t award me my points after scanning the QR code at the drive thru window. I noticed the points weren’t showing up so I asked for my receipt. I didn’t notice it til I got home, but I was given someone else’s receipt, the value being half of what I spent. I called the restaurant as soon as I noticed and was told by the employee that they couldn’t do anything about it. I asked to speak to the manager, to which he replied the manager was busy. I asked to be put on hold til she could come to the phone, to which the employee told me he’d call me back (he doesn’t have my phone number), and hung up on me. I tried calling the corporate customer service number and was sent straight to voicemail. I’m honestly shocked and disappointed at the horrible customer service I experienced today. I expected the Brigham City Costa Vida to be on par with the rest, but it’s not.

We love the Brigham City Costa Vida more than any others. The meat and food always taste great. The lettuce on the salads are always crisp and fresh.

The far west location is only 5 minutes away but the Brigham city location’s quality is so much better we drive the 20-25 minutes just to have a better experience both in food quality and service quality.

My family dined in at Costa Vida tonight. My little boy and I ordered kids meals and this is the amount of meat on our tacos. I pointed it out to the worker and she seemed bothered. My husband talked to another worker and was told that there was nothing they could do. We frequent Costa Vida and have a good idea of the portions. Today was awful. Basically a tortilla with a pinch of meat. We won’t come back to this location.

Are you guys going bankrupt or something? Ask for extra meat (4oz) and it’s not weighed, then your lad scoops up the most sparing amount he can into my burrito. If I’m paying $15 for a burrito I expect something with a bit more girth and filling. Even the rice was scooped in and then spread to the smallest layer possible across the burrito and called good. I don’t expect to be overloaded but it’s insulting to see your resources spread so thin across the tortilla.
Great taste though, flavor needs 0 work.

I ordered a take out order on the app for 15 different meals for work. It was ready and hot when we got there. Everything was there and correct. They did awesome.

We hit the timing just right -- nobody in line. Ordered quickly and got great food. The preparers were very courteous and we love how they always ask about allergy when asking for corn tortillas. Delicious sweet pork. Everything hot. Really enjoyed our visit for family dinner on the way to a play up north.

Excellent service and very tasty food, especially the steak

Hardly any food for the price, next time I think I will choose cafe rio instead.

When you do a catering order beware that you get thee SMALLEST portion size and is the biggest rip off for the amount of food that you get.

We had just got our food I tasted mine and was really cold I took it back and told them and a young Mexican hollered at me and said it was not cold. Never been back!

Very friendly staff at this location. Food is always great!
