Kat the manager was very disrespectful and I was disappointed in my service. Not once, not twice but probably well over 10 times have they got my order wrong. I went in to get it fixed and she was impolite and acted like it was my fault my order was wrong.

One of the worst experiences. The guy didn't listen to me, im allergic to avocado and he kept trying to hand it to me. Plus it was in my soup, which I ordered no guacamole. I had told him please make sure there is none because im allergic, he didn't listen and just handed me my food! Not impressed at all!

Smallest burrito and Salad me and my wife have had. They weighed each part of the food and it turned out very small. Just started going here over Cafe Rio due to the food going downhill there. But I might have to start going somewhere else. I’m not gonna pay the money for a meal that won’t fill me up.

We went to Costa Vida for our volunteer appreciation dinner for AYSO and Costa Vida did not disappoint as usual. The service was quick and the food was terrific! The bathrooms were clean and smelled good. The atmosphere was clean and inviting. The staff were so friendly and attentive and checked on us to make sure everything was good. So glad we chose to go to Costa Vida, we all had a great time and enjoyed delicious food and great company in a comfortable place. Thank you, Costa Vida!

Our food was cold and dry and this has not happened at Costa
Vida before. We have never had food tastes this bad. My husband and I have always enjoyed Costa Vida. One of the employees said it was because they were very busy and were behind. Even if you are behind, all orders, no matter what should be done correctly and kept warm.

Costa Vida is great in general but this specific location is exceptional!! The food is always hot and delicious, the building is always clean, the wait is never crazy, and the team always makes us feel welcome and cared for. Shout out to Nicole who always greets us with a smile and makes sure our nachos are just the way we like it! You're the best!!

Costa Vida is absolutely fantastic! Every visit is a win, but the pulled pork burrito is on another level—tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. You can really taste the difference with their house-made tortillas; they’re fresh, warm, and make the whole burrito even better. The sauces are just as impressive—bold, fresh, and full of flavor, with plenty of options to customize your meal exactly how you like it. Great food, great quality, and consistently delicious. Highly recommend!

I've said it before but we continue to return because of the consistency. Biggest mention to the lady named Nicole she is always with a big smile and willing to help! Costa Vida always hits the spot!

The food and staff are awesome here!! It was cheaper to eat here than most of the fast food restaurants in the area, and much more nutritious! We'll be back!

Very cheap with the toppings, 5 employees ran to the bathroom at once to smoke their vape, where is the boss?????.... i won't be coming back to this place...

Really just a poor man's Chipotle, which they unfortunately don't have in Brigham City. Just does not taste as good overall. They now fry their chips in beef tallow, makes the chips taste like a hamburger -- fine if that is what you're going for, I prefer the cleaner taste (and lower cholesterol) of what you can get elsewhere. Typically uninspired service at a fast casual place, I can tolerate. Uninspired food, not so much. Facility itself is nice and big, but needed a good freshening up when we passed through.
