Good food. I would eat here again. I like to get the sweet pork enchiladas. (Seems to have more meat that way compared to the burrito.)

Dry steak that’s been sitting out to long. not to mention very little steak, very little cheese, and very little beans.And get any toppings on nachos, no pico on burrito. it’s on the receipt. Terrible experience. Pictures explain well.

Did an online order and waited well past my pick up time, but that's fine. What bugged me was I paid for extra shrimp and got 8 total. Not sure how many I was supposed to get, but I wasn't expecting that little. The Salad was OK prob should have gotten more lettuce. I ended up getting a few ends of the lettuce. ? Also didn't get the extra dressing I requested either. Just not happy with the portion I was given for what I paid.

Skimpy burritos without fail each time. Why pay 10+ just to get a skimpy burrito the size of an enchilada. Come on Costa, cafe rio occasionally hooks it up fat. Costa vida occasionally does it how it's supposed to.

Got 2 burritos, a chicken quesadilla and 2 cinnamon tortillas. There was a very little portion of meat, no flavor, the consistency of the rice and beans was very poor, the taste of the red salsa was bad. The cinnamon tortillas didn’t taste good. Not even the horchata and the coke tasted good. Very disappointing, I feel scammed. Very disappointed.

It's fast, usually. The food is pretty good, but the portion control here is ridiculous ?. Every time I come I watch the workers put less and less food on my plate. The price goes up and the portions go down. I don't even know where you buy such a small serving spoon for the beans. The workers know it's ridiculous, so they look at you kinda sideways hoping you don't say anything. Honestly, is there any food on this earth less expensive than rice and beans? Fill up that burrito people!

Stood at the counter for about 2 minutes while some staff talked and others refilled, etc. No acknowledgement whatsoever, so I left without ordering anything. Too bad, one of my favorite places to eat.

The manager was severing us. We ordered two tacos and a sweet pork burritos.
The manager was very stingy on the meat portion. He picked the meat little by little on your plate. It was already so little meats on our plates, and he still took out more meat from our plates because he thought he gave us too much meats.
I had so many bites that there wasn’t any meat in it.

Not only the stingy manager, the lights inside the store is very dim, and flies everywhere. It is nasty to sit and eat in there.

This is the worst costa Vida I have ever been.

We won't be eating here again. Some of the fountain drinks were out, the strawberry lemonade was out and looked like yesterday's out. The line servers couldn't understand us. They have gone downhill since they first opened.

I came at a super busy time after peach days, so I can understand it but the line was long and the portions were smaller than other locations. The sauce was way way hotter than other locations. Wasn’t my favorite.

I live 20 minutes away and when I got home I had the wrong salad. Ordered sweet pork, got grilled chicken. Service was great, just wish I had gotten what I ordered as I hate chicken.

They are infested with mice at the Brigham City location! Even just looking in the cabinets with the garbage you can see mouse poop. This pic was take in their storage recently

Horrible customer service. Had a tip added to my order without my knowledge. I asked for it to be taken off (as all they did was made my food and put in a bag.) The manager after much struggle (because you are extremely over staffed and have everyone chit chatting in the corner) decided to help me. All she did was reprint the receipt with what the total should be. We will stick with Cafe Rio next time.
