I went the other day and ordered a 44 oz chandler bing and a frozen hot chocolate. They gave me a 24 oz chandler bing and the frozen hot chocolate looked and tasted like vanilla with chocolate drizzle. My sister had a drink as well with the order so with multiple cups we didn’t realize immediately what was wrong, or I would have gone in and gotten them fixed. This location also always takes forever to take your order and make it, so it wouldn’t have even be worth it to go get it fixed, it would have taken way too long.

The people who work there are always so kind & always excited to get a pup cup for my dog. Rating a 4 because I’ve had several times where the drink(s) I’ve gotten don’t taste right. Like the syrup in the soda machine is out & I won’t lie, it’s so upsetting 😭 I hate to leave anything negative because I truly like everyone who works there. Never had a bad customer experience, just sometimes the drinks don’t taste very good.

Went to Fizz recently and had a great experience. The person who took my order was pleasant and helpful (I believe her name was Lily) when answering my questions. The drinks and snacks were delicious. We ordered the cold hot chocolate and churro bites. The only problem is, this is seriously going to make my goal to eat healthier more difficult.

Love Fiiz and come all the time. However I wish they were open a little earlier on Saturdays so i could grab a drink before heading to work. I watched like 5 cars pull up and drive away one saturday morning around 8:30

My friend and I ordered the flavored water - since we asked for extra flavoring, we were charged $8 per drink. We were really surprised but what are you going to do?! When we got the drinks, they had way too much flavoring so we went inside and asked for a cup so we could dilute them. Which we did. When we finished, one of the girls asked if we wanted her to re make the drinks. But we were happy with them once we diluted them so we said “No thank you.” I saw on my bank statement that they had credited half that money back - I will definitely go back because of the customer service. Kudos to people trying to make it right. Thanks Fizz!
