Grateful for the Memories and Community
I’ve been a proud FiiZ customer since the early days and have always loved supporting this Utah-born business. Over the years, it became more than just a stop for drinks—it was a place my family and I enjoyed together, creating many good memories along the way.
As a veteran who served for 12 years, I was especially touched by the way FiiZ previously recognized military members, first responders, and their families. The $1 drink offer felt like a genuine thank-you, and it meant a lot to feel seen and appreciated. While I understand that programs and policies change over time, I’ll always be grateful for that gesture and what it represented.
During a recent visit, there was some unexpected confusion regarding discount eligibility, which was surprising given our past experiences. Even so, I recognize that employees are simply following current policies, and I appreciate the work they do every day to serve the community.
I want to sincerely thank FiiZ for the years of kindness, great service, and positive experiences. We’ve truly enjoyed being customers and supporters, and we wish nothing but continued success for the company moving forward.

No cup holders really? How am I supposed to carry 3 drinks? Staff seemed unconcerned and offended when I was trying to figure out how to deliver these items. Top popped off the chocolate bites. Your customer whether here or through online ordering deserves better. The bad part is the drinks spilled all over the straws so my customer got wet straws and cups. Neither of which was my fault. I hate leaving bad reviews but my tips go to my medically needy child. So if I get bad ratings it affects my ability to take care of her.

I always have a great experience at the Brigham City Fiiz. Their drinks are delicious! I have noticed their employees have great customer service. One employee I have been especially impressed with is Sydney (I apologize if I spelled her name wrong). I have noticed she always tries to get to know customers and she is very hospitable, whether you decide to take the drive thru or go inside to order. Overall I am impressed with this soda shop and I will continue to be a customer.

The people that work there are fantastic but the snacks are not great at all. The cookie dough bites are overpriced and small. The churro bites are hard and weren't even warm when I got them. I just won't be coming back here at all.

I went the other day and ordered a 44 oz chandler bing and a frozen hot chocolate. They gave me a 24 oz chandler bing and the frozen hot chocolate looked and tasted like vanilla with chocolate drizzle. My sister had a drink as well with the order so with multiple cups we didn’t realize immediately what was wrong, or I would have gone in and gotten them fixed. This location also always takes forever to take your order and make it, so it wouldn’t have even be worth it to go get it fixed, it would have taken way too long.
