Fiiz Drinks

Riley’s service is on point and she needs to be paid more… thanks!

Went to Fizz recently and had a great experience. The person who took my order was pleasant and helpful (I believe her name was Lily) when answering my questions. The drinks and snacks were delicious. We ordered the cold hot chocolate and churro bites. The only problem is, this is seriously going to make my goal to eat healthier more difficult.

Love Fiiz and come all the time. However I wish they were open a little earlier on Saturdays so i could grab a drink before heading to work. I watched like 5 cars pull up and drive away one saturday morning around 8:30

My friend and I ordered the flavored water - since we asked for extra flavoring, we were charged $8 per drink. We were really surprised but what are you going to do?! When we got the drinks, they had way too much flavoring so we went inside and asked for a cup so we could dilute them. Which we did. When we finished, one of the girls asked if we wanted her to re make the drinks. But we were happy with them once we diluted them so we said “No thank you.” I saw on my bank statement that they had credited half that money back - I will definitely go back because of the customer service. Kudos to people trying to make it right. Thanks Fizz!

I ordered 44oz Awkward Lemonade and they made it with Sprite not lemonade... I have a medical condition that makes it where I can't have any carbonated beverages, so when I tried it I immediately new it was Sprite not lemonade but it was to late I got very sick from one swallow and they don't have a phone number so you can't call and complain about it and I don't live near this one so I could not go back and tell them about they're major mess up so hopefully the managers see this review!

What the heck, Fiiz? I've ordered here lots of times and the drinks are always perfect and the food is sub-par, but today (8/28/24)...this was the worst. I ordered a drink, a pretzel and a $6 bag of popcorn to take home for the family. When I got to the window, I was told that the popcorn would take a few minutes and to pull around the back. I did. I left the car running and my window down. I kept an eye on the back door of the store so I could see when someone was headed out. After somewhere between 15-20 minutes, no one had come out so I finally walked back up to the window to find out what was going on. The young person said they couldn't find my car out back. I don't believe that. If someone just peeked out the back door, I could have missed that, but no one actually came out looking for me. They finally brought my pretzel and popcorn out and I was so frustrated that it wasn't until I drove away that I realized I probably was given the wrong popcorn. I was given a tiny little paper bag, not the big one I ordered (see pic). I had a commitment that I was already late for, so I didn't have time to go back and ask about the error. And then, when I finally bit into the pretzel, it was almost hard as a rock on the bottom side. What the heck? Oh, and my drink was wrong. It was supposed to have cream, but it didn't. And I wasn't given a straw. Come on, Fiiz. Please do better.

Needless to say, I'm addicted. Me and the wife have to get our fix of shrute fruit, and drama queen weekly. You guys are making delicious drinks. Only complaint is the cups need wiped down after drink is made. It is making my cupholders sticky. #

The workers did not get my order right, they didn’t pay me back for my order and now they are telling me to leave

They gave me a 32oz drink when I ordered a 44oz and I payed for it and it was even on the receipt and yet they didn’t give me my 44oz drink, then the workers proceeded to give me glares!

They slack off way to much
