I have to give special recognition to Sam, whose professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail set the gold standard for customer service.
Sam doesn’t just make a sandwich—he crafts it with care, precision, and pride. He remembers regulars, offers genuine conversation, and ensures every order is made exactly to your liking. It’s rare to find someone who brings that level of consistency and enthusiasm to their work, and it’s a big part of why I’ll continue coming back.
The rest of the staff also deserves praise. The energy behind the counter is upbeat and efficient, the store is spotless, and the team clearly works together with a sense of camaraderie that’s reflected in the entire experience.

I went through the drive through at 7:30pm on a Friday night. I was the only one in line. I sat for over twenty min. I watched four people just standing and talking to each other. There was one kid that was doing everything and trying to manage it all. He was amazing! Everyone else just stood there and chit chatted while I waited. If bread was cooking or something was taking a long time they did not communicate it at all! Worst experience! Love Jersey mikes- just not this location.

had gone in and had the pleasure of alexis serving me, and when i tell you i have never had better customer service ANYWHERE! very kind and hard working person i have ever met! had got my food out surprisingly fast! i have bad anxiety going into any type of store type setting and she made the experience very pleasant! i will definitely be eating here a lot more!!

Love Jersey Mike's. But this location in Brigham City needs serious house keeping and management. Placed a to go order for 2 sandwiches. We all know two sandwiches are more than $20. I only had a $50. They couldn't take it, said they could take nothing bigger than a $20. Good thing I had a credit card with me or I would have had to leave without my order. While I waited i Noticed how much crap was on the floors behind the counter all the way to the kitchen area. Someone obviously needs to sweep up once in awhile. It was noticably dirty with crumbs, gloves, napkins etc laying on the floor where the food is prepared. Won't be back to this location.
