I was the only person at the drive through and had time to wait for 10 minutes AND to write this review. I could see employees talking and sitting around while I waited. Maybe they had a huge line inside, but the service was ridiculously slow. At least they apologized. Don't come here for lunch.

I went through the drive through Thursday August 21. The employee who took my order was super nice and professional. I ordered a turkey sandwich. I unfortunately had driven off and ate part of the sandwich when I realized there was a blob of pink substance hanging off the bread. I truly have no idea what this substance is but I assume it’s possibly an uncooked meat product. It is goopy/ slimy and much more pink than the turkey on the sandwich.
Needless to say to say.. this was a disturbing sandwich experience and I hope it doesn’t make me sick.

I’ve never felt the need to write a review until today. So this is my first time writing one, but Extremely disappointed in jerseys mikes in Brigham city today. And we normally love this place. They normally take great care of us, very fast, efficient, quality sandwhich joint. and we probably come 2, or 3 times per month. my wife has an autoimmune disease where she can’t have gluten, and they’re normally very good about changing gloves, cleaning knives, etc. making this place a regular/trustworthy option for us.
I’ll start off by saying Ive worked in the food/service industry before. I understand rushes, being short staffed, etc. a little more than the average person. But today we sat in the drive thru for 45 MINUTES, until we finally got to the window. with only 4 total cars in front of us the entire time. Once we sat at the window for another 5ish minutes I was staring through the window, wondering when we would be greeted. and a girl finally comes to the window and states “what can I do for ya?”…… yikes. And I replied saying we’ve waited nearly an hour for 3 sandwiches. She replies back “ yeah we are busy, but I’ll go check on them” another 4 minutes or so passed and she never came back. So I did something I’ve never felt necessary to do and drove away. She could have said anything along the lines of “hey I’m really sorry, we’re short staffed, we had a break down. Really anything stating any kind of sympathy towards myself as the customer. Again, I understand rushes, and being patient in those times. But a nearly hour for 3 sandwiches is absolutely ridiculous.

Mike was outstanding, he is definitely an expert at his craft. I made the mistake ordering the wrong thing and he made it right. Customer service is above and beyond what I've seen anywhere else.
Absolutely stunning, I misread the menu and Mike did everything he could to make it exactly what I wanted even though I was the one to order the wrong thing. Absolutely stunning service that I haven’t seen in a long time. Will definitely be coming back.

I just went in to pick up an order I made online (to avoid interacting with the consistently cranky ass staff) and watched the employees stand around and do NOTHING while myself and another person waited 20 mins. 0/10 customer service!
