I normally don't leave bad reviews, ever. But the amount of times I have come through this drive thru to be blatantly ignored or have a wait time of up the 30 minutes for a sandwich when I'm the only car in the drive thru is ridiculous. Good lunch spot but don't expect good service.

I love Jersey Mikes but was super disappointed in this location. I placed a gluten allergy order. Every other location preps these on the back counter using new ingredients by an employee in fresh gloves only handling this order. Yes, this location put down some parchment but it was on top of a giant pile of crumbs. They then sliced the meat with the same knife as the bread for other orders, touched bread then my meat, and used lettuce from the front counter that they just brushed crumbs into. When I asked if they could use fresh ingredients and the back counter they told me well we wiped down the meat slicer so it’s ok. Unfortunately as a celiac I couldn’t even eat my food.Dietary restrictions: Gluten allergy/celiacs disease

We love Brigham’s Jersey Mikes! Our sandwiches are always made perfect and with love. Our favorite Sub Maker is Heather, she’s so sweet and friendly. Our favorite sandwich is a #7 turkey with mayo and pickles. :)

Jersey Mike's is a great sub, no matter the location! We've eaten here several times and always walked away happy. The service has been friendly and fast. My wife could eat a Turkey and Provolone every day! She's a very picky eater and you've got her won over!
