I do recommend their food, but I don't like how they are now using door dash. The pizza took a long time to get delivered and it was not hot, it was luke warm. We will be getting carryout next time. Great food but dislike the door dash delivery.

Literally the dumbest thing ever. I tried to get a take out order that my friend was going to pick up and me pay. They stated they couldn’t take my phone over the card cause they couldn’t key it in. But if I wanted to get it delivered they could key it in. The pizza is mediocre and they can’t even make it so you can buy it. Don’t waste your time

Best customer service and delicious gluten free crust. Love the garlic white sauce. I arrived an hour late, and the pizzas were cold. They offered to make new ones; I asked them to try warming them up. One got a little too crispy. They insisted on making me a new one. Very cool.

Mediocrest pizza I've had recently. Boneless wings were more like chicken nuggets. The app I had to download and use runs about like a 3 legged dog, and never updated to say the order was ready, even after we had picked it up and eaten.

Pizza is alright but can't get an order right at all ordered buffalo wings got BBQ ordered a chicken sandwich got a steak sandwich what a joke! Must be children running the place!

The food. Oh man. We went for it with pizza, wings and a veggie calzone..gotta have leftovers! Everything is amazingly delicious! Fresh and yummy. GO HERE or get delivery and tip well.
We always loved Marco's pizza, calzones and pizzolis, but we won't be ordering from there again after finding a used bandage in the pizzoli I was eating. We ordered 2 pizzolis on Aug 3 around 11:30pm and picked them up just before they closed at midnight. After taking a couple of bites I thought I had bit into the wrapper and spit it out, it turned out it was a used bandage. I was so disgusted, sickened, and my husband threw up when I showed him. I sent a message to Marco's customer service, and we called the store the next day. The manager said she would coach her staff and cancel the charge on my husband's credit card. The charge is still there and we never heard back from them. Little help since even thinking about it makes me want to throw up all over again.

I called and waited on hold for 5 minutes and the lady that answered was very rude I asked a couple different questions and she responded with the same answer every time... not answering any of my questions. And on top of that didn't even say bye she just hung up like I was the problem.

The last couple times we ordered from them were fine. This last time we ordered there was a hair in my crust, they didn't do the parmesan crust I requested, and the BBQ chicken pizza had regular sauce on it with a BBQ drizzle. May have to rethink where we go next.
