Chicken seemed a little over cooked (definitely preferred over undercooked), but not too crunchy or black by any means. Fries were super yummy! Bread was good. Sauces were good. I think it was a little over priced, but everything is nowadays. Definitely seemed fresher then the local Mcdonalds or Wendys. AC was not working so we got our order to go and it was still warm when we arrived. Staff was friendly and helpful. Soda area was dirty but there was a lot of people when we went. The lids on the cups don't like to stay on, be careful when you go to pick up your drink. Overall we would probably come back in the future!

I will never be going back. I understand they are new but this is unacceptable. After a 50 minute wait we got over cooked chicken strips and they gave us the wrong items. We got the triple dipper and the duo dippers and they instead gave us 2 triple dippers that are over cooked and a bad Dr. pepper. There was only one other car in front of us and it still took them extremely long.

This is mainly for management, it’s blatantly obvious that you’re using cheap food products and having young people work so you can get the maximum profit. The dining room is filthy and grossly hot, none of the drinks worked, and the food came out in two seconds and clearly wasn’t fresh. The sauces are hyped up like they’re homemade but weren’t impressive, chicken was half burnt and the other half not even coated with zero flavor. Employees are sweet and nice, not sure how they are surviving the heat in there. You just opened after keeping your old business stagnant in that building for years and I can’t imagine this is going to last either. My family and I were excited to try and support a local spot but it’s a huge no for me.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR CHICK N DIPS--NOT SHREDS---The inside is very dirty, it's only been open a week and seems like it hasn't been cleaned since. The ac isnt working so the poor teenagers are working on 91 degree heat on top of whatever the kitchen heat is. The staff were great, the fries are really really good and the chicken isn't bad either. Not top notch, but great for the price. My family of four ate for about 35$, but we ended up taking it to go because it was just so hot inside.
