Food was old and barely warm. Corn dogs were like chewing on leather. Tater tots were cold and dried out.

I was just trying to pick up a door dash. All it was, it was a small oreo shake blast, i went to the drive up first. The lady was rude told me to go through the drive through. And when I went through, drive through, the lady was even more rude. If I not even talking or saying anything, just handed the shake over, I might as well just flipped me the bird.

If you are stopping here make sure you have a good hour to get your food and expect it to be cold. I ordered a hot dog and a drink it took a half hour to get it and it came out cold.

This has got to be the worst most entitled customer service I’ve dealt with ever. Had a flat coke tried to have fixed. I was told I was wrong and said they’d fix It and Just gave me back the bad one. I waited 3 different times more than 7 min at the window as they talked to each other and laughed

This is quite possibly the WORST fast food experience my family has had in a long time. The employee taking our orders seemed very distracted and not familiar with the simple options available. He clarified that I wanted extra pickles on my burger and it came out as no pickles. He would not let me order my drink with no ice or even light ice. The food was flavorless, cold and soggy. We spent $40 for 3 people and only ate half our food. It is a sad day when the best thing ordered is a Powerade. The styrofoam cup that held our shake broke in half on the drive home and made a mess all over our vehicle. This location needs better training, or needs to be closed. It was a very disappointing meal.

I have worked in fast food multiple times and I understand it’s stressful sometimes and that everyone has bad days but that doesn’t mean you need to be rude. We pulled up to the drive through and ordered. My cousin wanted a meal and to substitute the drink for a shake. The lady was really rude, she kept asking “what kind of drink” so we asked if they didn’t do substitutions then she said “yea, what kind of shake” in such a condescending tone like that’s what she had been talking about and we were stupid. My cousin made a comment “there you go” and she replied “have a good day” and denied us service. I had called the store and asked to speak to a manager she said she was and said “i don’t need to be talked to like that” and hung up the phone. I’ve read multiple reviews about the rude service from this lady and I seriously think something needs to be done.

Great Burgers
I walked around building looking for a restroom, the windows and doors, EVERY glass window and door was FILTHY!! It looked a mess inside as well . Chicken Tenders were stale and fries were the same.
They cooked 1 fresh tender and put it in with 4 stale ones. No excuse, needs new management or at least one who cares.

My wife ordered tots and burgers, absolutely decusting, tots we cold and taste was gross, burgers absolutely a mess and cold also. Pretty sad place and we will never return.

Okay not to be rude, like I totally get it I’ve worked for fast food for about 6 years. Even been in restaurants so I get it. But the fact we’ve waited paid and did a tip, they were pretty disrespectful, we kindly asked how long it would take after waiting about 15 mins, and they were annoyed that we even asked saying something about being understand in a rude manor. Like I get it you’re busy but could’ve at least say extra 5 mins? We weren’t rude or anything we were just wondering, like I’ve worked with only 2-3 employees. AFTER we got our food she came back while we were checking our food and started to drink our drinks, just saying one of our drinks weren’t part of our order that she needs to take it back or we have to pay for it… okay I’m sorry? But it wasn’t our mistake???

I would give this place a negative 10 if I could. I am so pissed. First off the girl that took out order was completely rude. The. We get our food if you can even call it that. (I threw mine away at Walmart gas station next door.) I had an all American hot dog meal . The hot dog had I swear a jar of sweet relish on it a dot of mustard and ketchup . 3 diced onion slivers. The bun was soggy and I almost threw up the hot dog was a weird green color with pinkish inside. I spit it right out. The tots were soggy grease soaked they were inedible. The drinks we got well the lids and cups are so incredibly weak that it spilled all over me and my car. Then went to hand my boyfriend his melted Carmel shake and the freaking lid popped of that as well and ice cream went everywhere. Down my arms all over my car. Took one bite of my chocolate brownie shake that was vanilla ice cream melted with a couple sprinkles of brownie in it. We threw the entire 30 dollar meal away. I am appalled that this place is even in business . Disgusting mess.

We pulled up, and not too long after ordering our food we watched the LITERAL manager walk out grab a used cup out of the trash and walk back inside. Not long after we got our food and my drink and the cup I do not trust. 2 stars.
Love the recharge drinks.
