We come to this location about every 2 weeks and they have always been great! Today was exceptional! My car broke down in the drive through and the staff went above and beyond! They were so kind. The young girl running the front is the sweetest soul ever! She has a huge heart and is very compassionate. She checked on us and made sure we were okay! I love this place even more now and I am so thankful for the employees at this location. The good is always hot and fresh too!

My favorite little treat after shopping is a pretzel and a Diet Dr. Pepper w/ SF blackberry & fresh lime. I order on the app and get a deal on both items and every time it’s so FREAKIN good! My drink is always perfect and the pretzel is always fresh and hot. Thank you guys!

Hi there, driving to Logan from down south I thought I could grab a snack and close my eyes for a minute. There was a large takeout order that was just placed and alerted there might be a slight delay. No delay whatsoever and my shake was dressed up with whip cream and a cherry! The guy at the window was awesome, above average customer service. The food? It was so bad, it was like they were playing a joke by serving the worst food possible. Breakfast toaster wasn't toasted, the cheese was cold and flat, obviously just came out of the fridge and the bacon was little pieces as if they scraped what was ever there and called it bacon.Fries were cold, the chicken was old and hard as a rock, you'd be crazy to let your children eat this garbage... Doubt I ever visit Sonic again. Makes you wonder if the owner knows how poorly their business is being ran. Sad.

Went Sunday 9/1 at around 8:30. The service took a while but it was pretty busy for the time of night. The worker who was taking the food and drinks to the cars was very friendly. All my food came out correct and tasty.
More often then not will forget my sauce, or get something entirely wrong, today's order had a gnat in my water, forgot my ranch, and gave me the wrong food entirely. For 14$ the least that can be expected is to get your order correctly.
Edit: went back and the nice worker fixed it, but still not great.

This is the worst sonic i have ever been to. The service was absolutely terrible…. The workers here had the worst attitude that I have ever experienced. They ruined our order and did an absolutely horrible job putting what we got together. If I owned this franchise I would fire everyone and start from the ground up. This place sucks.
