After many yrs I thought I would give this location another try, but found that it has gotten even worse then it was. I had the most unpleasant experience. I pull into the parking lot and two employees are sitting by the drive through window, vaping/smoking, for one it is not safe, someone could of came speeding in the parking lot and hit their legs, for two you are suppose to be away from the building while smoking/vaping. I make it to the drive through to place my order and you can hear employees in the background talking about sex, drugs, how many edibles they have had, using not such nice words. When I pull up to the window, I ask to speak to a manager, was told that she was a manager a young teenager, I proceed to explain my concerns about the behavior of the employees as to which the response was they are kids, thought it was a big joke and acceptable to talk and act like that. It seems like this is a management issue, the one employee that handed me my food was very nice, polite, offered her apologies, all I know is she has greenish color hair, I felt bad for her as she was trying her best. As for the manager she was on the thinner side, had her hair pulled up, just a young lady. Really hope you can fix this issue as I love coming and getting my Slushies, limeades for Sonic

Unreal whoever the big girl assistant manager/manager is! I asked for the manager and she wouldn’t answer “personal questions” when I simply asked for the manager to speak with. She walked off, locked the door, and called the cops. I’m shocked given my family and I didn’t do one thing but she got so mad over a question. She walked off and I didn’t get a name but brown hair, bigger, and probably in her 40’s. Unreal service!

It costs me $6 for a medium “premium chicken bites” and it came with 6 tiny pieces of chicken. I was pretty disappointed at the size for the cost. The burger was great however just don’t waste your money on something that won’t even come close to filling up a 2 year old.

Buyer beware. I have formerly went to Sonic for a Super Sonic breakfast burrito. Today I went there and they wanted to charge me .25 cents per packet of salsa. Previously there was no charge for the salsa. This is a blind sided ripe off. I like the burrito, but I'm not going be unchanged to enjoy it.

I thought I would give this location another chance after a few years when it took 45 mins for a milk shake. This time was not as bad but still so incredibly slow that my potty training 3yr old had to go. There is no bathroom available even for a dancing squirming toddler. Don’t trust the screen saying the food is on its way as that was still another 10 mins after that. This is a hard pass for me.

Ordered online and the app wouldn’t let us select what spot we were in. I moved spots and called with the button. Worker was very rude and unprofessional. Not too mention the food was 20 minutes later than the time our order said completed on the app. Very disappointed.

Horrible experience. Milk in my coffee was expired, they didn’t take the order complete and one of us didn’t ate, there was a huge wasp hive and the place was surrounded by them and the food was so bad why is this place still open. Again, horrible experience overall

We came here at 9:30 at night, there was one girl who was being absolutely horrible she had green hair, while the other one jaylin(?) Was being the sweetest, she was helpful, kind, and making sure we got everything. I am glad with the service we got from jaylin but I believe the other girl needs to be trained more because even if shes been having a rough day, her customers dont deserve it nor do her coworkers she definitely needs to be more professional
