The worst most rude woman I've ever dealt with at any subway in history. Ignorance with this woman is astounding.
Started coming here more often for lunch for the first time in years. Every time the sandwich has been great and it is always so clean inside.

Ordered two footlongs on a bogo1 special, with veggies on the side, and EVERYTHING was PERFECT! Great customer service, super fast, 10 out of 10!

Workers are so unprofessional and rude. Didn't care to listen to my order and rushed me the whole time(: not very friendly at all. Love subway have even worked at one for a first job but the people running this one had things not stocked and poor service. 1/10 will avoid going here again

The worst dining experience I ever had was ultimately because of the customer service. The store was a little messy, but I assumed they were busy earlier and hadn’t gotten around to cleaning up. More importantly, the employee, Summer, who took my order and made my sandwich, was so blatantly disrespectful. I heard her talking badly about a previous customer, and when I finally got her attention, she seemed irritated that I was even there.
I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I mean, I’ve worked in customer service before; I know it can be irritating. So even though she should never show that in front of customers, it didn’t bother me all that much at first. But then, when I asked a few questions, she looked at me like I was the most idiotic person she’d ever seen. When she finally answered, her replies were short, rude, and mostly unhelpful.
After I decided on my sandwich. She claimed she couldn’t hear me and almost yelled at me to speak up?? Then, to my surprise, she started putting together a sandwich with stuff I specifically wanted off. When I told her about it, she seemed so annoyed, and I felt self-conscious. People were waiting in line, and she said something like I was making a fuss when I could just take it off myself.
I understand that everyone makes mistakes, and I don’t have a great memory myself, but that’s no excuse for her behavior. I don’t expect fine dining service at Subway, but I do expect basic respect and professionalism. Summer made the entire experience uncomfortable, and I left regretting that I had even stopped in.
I won’t be returning as long as employees like her are working there.

Should have read the reviews first. They don’t accept coupons. And let’s face it, $14 is way too much for a footlong combo so coupons is the only reason people come in here. No signage anywhere on the door or ordering area glass to let you know about refusing coupons. Food was ok. Service was slow because they prioritized a huge online order over in-store guests. The person manning each station was unwilling to step in and help another station to speed things up. Morale of the employees was anything but happy. Hard pass.

This place reeks of racism thanks to one girl working today. So rude, she demanded the orders. Pathetic that we still have to deal with this in 2025.

Terrible subway. Haven't been to Subway for years since the purple-haired soccer chick endorsed them. I got some coupons in the mail and decided it was time to give them another chance, big mistake.
The rude employee at this Brigham/Perry location snapped at me and said they don't take the coupons that every other location takes. This poor gal must have really been having a bad day or maybe a miserable life. If Subway is going to send out coupons they should have their stores accept them. Sandwiches are not that good anyway, probably won't go to any subway locations for a long while.
Bought a blt today. Made me sick. It would seem this restaurant does not rotate it's meat properly.
Not a good showing subway.
