We are frequent Twisted Sugar customers around the state, but this location is a disaster. We went inside, ordered 2 drinks and 3 cookies. At the time, we were the only ones in the restaurant. After 15 minutes, several drive through cars, and two parties in-store had come and gone with their own drinks and cookies while we continued to wait. By the end, we waited 20 minutes from the time we ordered to the time we got our order, AND had to repeat our order four different times to three different workers. We will not be back to this location.

Tasty and well priced, however the staff is incredibly slow. Drive through usually takes 10-15 minutes to get through.

After waiting for 30 minutes and realizing they hadn't even started our drinks, we asked for a refund and left. 4 cars were served through the window in that time. If I decide to go again I guess I will try drive through.

I love the drinks & friendly service but have waited WAYYY to long just to get a drink & I am the only one in line. I am also sad to note that when they finally do get to you, at the window, there is no apology for your wait.
I also agree that the consistency of the drinks changes. One day it's delicious to me asking myself if this is the same drink I always get...

We went inside and they prioritized drive through customers. It took forever to get our drinks because they kept giving drinks to people in the drive through before us even though we had been there long before anyone else.

Not great customer service from the crew today. Went through the drive thru ordered a cookie and 44 oz drink. Lid not secured in drink. Entiredr drink spilled on the floor of my car. Went back in and told fhem had to repay for my drink. Almost $9 for a drink.

I have had a gift card that I've been unable to use for 6 months. They finally said they can process them now but you have to use it all at once and they have to call the manager for permission. This is all due to "changing to a new system" I'm curo9us wht a new system takes 6 months but regardless I went in to use it all in full and surprise surprise they couldn't reach the manager. It's a joke. Go to a different location. This one is a disaster
Best cookies, nicest staff, happiest people. I will choose Twisted Sugar every day over Crumbl. Their sodas are the best of all the soda shops. Highly recommend.

I’ve been to this location twice now and it is by far the SLOWEST of any drink/cookie establishment I have ever been to. Wait at the menu to order for 5+ minutes. Pull up to the window and wait another 3-4 minutes for them to even open the window and acknowledge that you’re there. And the first time I went there weren’t even any other vehicles in line to explain the delay. I don’t know how this location will last with service this poor.
