Drinks have been good, staff has been kind, but after coming to this same location for over two years, we haven’t gotten a single loyalty point. We give our number and everything and are told we should be getting points now, but we don’t. It’s honestly such a joke that it keeps happening and we keep getting told that the problem is fixed just to find out we still aren’t getting points. Get your system fixed.

Awful location and awful employees. The girl with blue hair was super rude. We waited 15 minutes for drinks for the girl with blue hair to yell at us so we drove off. Will never go here again and will not recommend. Would give zero stars if I could. Went to Fiiz down the street and had a wonderful experience!

I was the third person in the drive through line and it took a total of 45 minutes for me to get up to the window and get my order which was 2 cookies and 1 drink. 10/10 would NOT recommend this location.

Was here at 7:50 this morning. They open at 7:30 I sat at the screen waiting for someone to say something or take my order/ask for a loyalty number or SOMETHING and nobody ever did. I sat there TEN MINUTES, until 8:00 on the dot with NOTHING! Their automated thing telling the cookies of the month came on and that’s all… this is the second time I’ve had this happen in the last couple weeks. I tried yelling “hello”, I honked I did everything and NOTHING! I go here every morning so it’s pretty upsetting that I give as much money as I do and have had a loyalty thing with them since they opened and they can do that… at least hop on the mic and say “it’ll be a bit before I can take your order” UGH frustrating!!!!

Went here for 1 drink, once we got the drink it was very clearly way to light (looked like ginger ale when it was supposed to be Coke Zero), had zero flavor, as if the flavoring was out in the soda fountain. We brought it back in to them to explain that this drink was like the soda flavoring was out. They proceeded to tell us that it wasn’t out and we’d have to buy another to remake it. So my husband buys another, just for them to say oh wait it actually was out. So we paid for two, only got one, and it took forever just to get the drinks. Definitely won’t be returning to this location, which is sad because usually I prefer twisted sugar. Guess I’ll just be going to fizz that’s just across the street.

Love their drinks and cookies, but I’m taking a star because their loyalty program has ‘been down’ since they’ve opened. I’m not sure what the point of asking for a phone number every time if there isn’t a reward program..?

We are frequent Twisted Sugar customers around the state, but this location is a disaster. We went inside, ordered 2 drinks and 3 cookies. At the time, we were the only ones in the restaurant. After 15 minutes, several drive through cars, and two parties in-store had come and gone with their own drinks and cookies while we continued to wait. By the end, we waited 20 minutes from the time we ordered to the time we got our order, AND had to repeat our order four different times to three different workers. We will not be back to this location.
Tasty and well priced, however the staff is incredibly slow. Drive through usually takes 10-15 minutes to get through.

After waiting for 30 minutes and realizing they hadn't even started our drinks, we asked for a refund and left. 4 cars were served through the window in that time. If I decide to go again I guess I will try drive through.

I love the drinks & friendly service but have waited WAYYY to long just to get a drink & I am the only one in line. I am also sad to note that when they finally do get to you, at the window, there is no apology for your wait.
I also agree that the consistency of the drinks changes. One day it's delicious to me asking myself if this is the same drink I always get...
