Ordered 2 oatmeal cookies & PB cookie⊠the oatmeal cookies were hard as rocks! Absolutely should not have served them to anyone, they werenât frozen either. Just completely dry, probably old and genuinely rock hard. Literally hurt our teeth. We were on our way down the freeway before eating or would have turned around and asked for refund. Going this route to let management know, Iâm sure this isnât always the quality of the cookies but it happened to be our experience. #stillwantarefund

Best drinks and yummy cookies my favorite is PB Nutella and a lemonade with peach puree watermelon strawberry mango and rasberry so yummy
Weâve been going to twister sugar for years in Saratoga springs. We were up near Brigham city and chose to go there rather than fiiz. Extremely disappointed. My water with puree didnât even taste like it had puree in it. All I could taste was water and coconut cream. It was as if the two purĂ©es werenât even added. My husband diet mT dew with purĂ©es added also was as if the purĂ©es were either very small amounts or not there. And he ordered it heavy with the puree.

The staff here has always been pretty nice so I appreciate that. However, I have consistently had the same problems the last 5 or 6 times coming here. From the time I order and the time I get my order (which is usually only 1 drink) it's 15 minutes minimum. I've gone inside to see if that makes a difference and it doesn't. I know that they're also getting online and delivery orders but it never looks like they're doing much in there. There's no urgency. Everyone is moving really slowly and sometimes just standing around. This doesn't matter how many people or cars are in front of me. I've come when no one was in line to having 2 cars in front of me and it's the same. I came in just a couple of days ago and ordered some cookies along with my drink and I waited over 20 minutes. By this time my toddler was screaming that he was thirsty so when I got to the window I asked if I could just have a little cup of water for him. It was 5 minutes before anyone came to the window even though people walked passed it looking at me several times. I never got an apology for the long wait and then was charged for water! I looked at the menu later and saw that it does say 50 cents for water but I've never been charged for water at swig or fizz when I'm ordering other things and only had to do so because of the extremely long wait. After getting my order I was now in a rush and when I got home I noticed that I didn't even get the right cookie. I ordered the swizzle sugar and that's not what I got. I checked the receipt and it was put in correctly so I know I ordered it correctly. It was just carelessness. Not to mention I paid the extra amount for the specialty cookie that I ordered and ended up with a lemon cookie (which I hate) instead of lime (huge difference) so I didn't even get to enjoy it. I just threw it away.
Me and my girlfriend came through the drive through we were extremely sweet and patient with the workers but the 2 young bigger ladies who took our order were not sweet whatsoever and gave us the wrong size of drink whilst taking almost 15 minutes to come out with 2 drinks and continuously gave me and my girlfriend bad looks as we sat in the drive through.

Drinks have been good, staff has been kind, but after coming to this same location for over two years, we havenât gotten a single loyalty point. We give our number and everything and are told we should be getting points now, but we donât. Itâs honestly such a joke that it keeps happening and we keep getting told that the problem is fixed just to find out we still arenât getting points. Get your system fixed.
Awful location and awful employees. The girl with blue hair was super rude. We waited 15 minutes for drinks for the girl with blue hair to yell at us so we drove off. Will never go here again and will not recommend. Would give zero stars if I could. Went to Fiiz down the street and had a wonderful experience!

I was the third person in the drive through line and it took a total of 45 minutes for me to get up to the window and get my order which was 2 cookies and 1 drink. 10/10 would NOT recommend this location.
Was here at 7:50 this morning. They open at 7:30 I sat at the screen waiting for someone to say something or take my order/ask for a loyalty number or SOMETHING and nobody ever did. I sat there TEN MINUTES, until 8:00 on the dot with NOTHING! Their automated thing telling the cookies of the month came on and thatâs all⊠this is the second time Iâve had this happen in the last couple weeks. I tried yelling âhelloâ, I honked I did everything and NOTHING! I go here every morning so itâs pretty upsetting that I give as much money as I do and have had a loyalty thing with them since they opened and they can do that⊠at least hop on the mic and say âitâll be a bit before I can take your orderâ UGH frustrating!!!!
Went here for 1 drink, once we got the drink it was very clearly way to light (looked like ginger ale when it was supposed to be Coke Zero), had zero flavor, as if the flavoring was out in the soda fountain. We brought it back in to them to explain that this drink was like the soda flavoring was out. They proceeded to tell us that it wasnât out and weâd have to buy another to remake it. So my husband buys another, just for them to say oh wait it actually was out. So we paid for two, only got one, and it took forever just to get the drinks. Definitely wonât be returning to this location, which is sad because usually I prefer twisted sugar. Guess Iâll just be going to fizz thatâs just across the street.

Love their drinks and cookies, but Iâm taking a star because their loyalty program has âbeen downâ since theyâve opened. Iâm not sure what the point of asking for a phone number every time if there isnât a reward program..?
