Basically a national park manopoly. Very crowded, but wait time was only 15 min. I'm not fond of buffet style restaurants

Was torn about going here after reading some reviews, but glad we went. It was $28 per person for dinner. A little steep, but ya know, tourist prices.
I think the key was to go in not expecting five star food. If you’re familiar with the now rare restaurant, Ponderosa, it’s similar to that. Had pot roast, pulled pork, orange chicken, pork loin, all pretty good. Salad bar good selection of items. Corn chowder was good. Chicken was not so good, a bit dry. I think like with any buffet it’s all about how long the food has been sitting in the warmer.

The food was in the middle of the lunch to dinner transition, so some of the food had been in the heated table for a while.

Got the worst club sandwich I’ve ever had at Ruby’s.
My husband and I stopped at the buffet for lunch. While the tables were clean and organized as well as friendly service, the hot food was pretty disappointing and bland. Nothing was really seasoned or flavorful. The meat options were a bit questionable as my husband was unsure if the chicken breast was cooked, and the pork chops are just the freezer microwave kind. The mashed potatoes in particular were disappointing as they were pretty obviously the dehydrated kind made with water. The salad bar was the highlight with a lot of options but that being said it’s pretty hard to mess up a salad bar. Although the price was good, we both wished we had spent it on actually ordering something from the menu.

Came for the buffet. Limited selection. Not sure how the made to order food is since my wife and I both got the buffet. It was fine. Nothing spectacular. The Chicken Tortilla soup was pretty good. Our server was prompt even though the restaurant was pretty busy.

Great turkey dinner for me and my friend said his prime rib was the best he's ever had.

The breakfast buffet food is awful, low quality. The scrambled eggs were tasteless, the french toast bread was dried out. The maple syrup had an elastic texture and tasted awful, don’t even want to know what it is made of but definitely not Maple. The only thing in the buffet that was edible was the cereal. I think the original Ruby would be embarrassed by the food they serve there!

Ordered hot turkey plate. What you get is a thicker slice of turkey from the deli over 3 slices of bread, smothered with gravy - like from a jar, mash potatoes tasted made from a box. Poor quality food.

Been here for 4 days tried the local Buffet and the fixed menu. Which we really enjoyed the staff are friendly and helpful. There are some small shops on the other side of the road where you can get an ice cream, and go horse riding as well.

We are a family of 4, ate there at the beginning of July 2025.
Back home, we are used to having a lunch that includes meat, side (which is not bread nor ban!), fresh vegetables (which are not only lettuce and green leaves...) sometimes also a soup and a dessert. In the US such a diverse, rich and healthy lunch is a rare thing to find at a diner, so for us this place was a gem!
Freshly chopped vegetables, including cucumber, tomatoes, mushrooms, olive, onion, carrot and more, with 3 possible dressings.
Several different meats to choose from- chicken, beaf, fish.
Several different worm tasty sides to choose from- potatoes, rice, lentils.
And several deserts- ice-cream combinations, cakes.
We paid for an all-you-can-eat lunch, the price wasn't too pricy, and everything was with the taste of home cooking.
Highly recommended!
