There aren’t many dining options if you’re staying a night in Bryce Canyon City, but this American restaurant offers both a buffet and an à la carte menu. It can get quite busy during dinner, though the wait time isn’t too long. Some menu items, like the prime rib, ribs, roasted half chicken, and pork chop, are limited, so it’s best to arrive early if you want to try them.
The Rib Eye Steak was perfectly cooked—juicy, flavorful, and satisfying. The pork ribs, however, were average. My friends opted for the buffet, which wasn’t particularly impressive but was reasonable for the price.

It was nice staff and service. I'm a vegetarian and there were limited options to choose from. I thought the food was average, but fine.

Vegetarian options: Limited vegetarian options.

Breakfast is really disgusting. All the food is processed and not fresh. Cutlery is the wrong boxes. Service is non-existent. No vegetarian or only fast food options for dinner. Soulless place where there is zero passion to provide you a nice meal.

After spending Thanksgiving weekend playing in the park we set out to find dinner Saturday evening.. Ruby's Inn Cowboy Buffet and Steakhouse was a pleasant surprise. Excellent service, nice salad bar with our entree of half chicken, baked potato and asparagus. Very attentive waiter.

I'm visiting in the off-season of late November/ early December so this is about the only game in town but even if it weren't, based in my experience, I'd still eat here! I've had dinner right at 5 pm and again at 8 pm and was seated and served very efficiently. When I left the one night at 6 pm, there was a line into the lobby, so just keep that in mind. Capacity and rush hour are always constraining factors for considerations.

For breakfast, I was always here right around 630 and had the buffet which is pretty good. Plenty of food and all-american options.

Lunch I've had the grilled chicken and Swiss which I enjoy. Fries are meh.

Dinner I've had the New York Strip and it's always cooked correctly, asparagus and baked potatoes are great, and I HIGHLY recommend the brownie!!

Service is solid all the way around though you may need to ask for more beverages if you're thirsty like me!

Buffet not bad, not great *buffet ends at 8:30 pm it says 9pm but they waste no time in shutting down, putting things away at 8:30. If you arrive at 8:30pm expecting to get at least 1 plate of food don’t bother you’re too late. This goes for the breakfast buffet also it’s all shut down 30-45 minutes before the advertised time. This is not an exaggeration. We’ve eaten here 4 x’s in the last 2 months. Get there early if you want to enjoy all the buffet option's.
