Bryce Canyon Pines Restaurant

We have eaten here twice when visiting Bryce Canyon. The first time, several years ago, was absolutely wonderful! Fantastic food and great, attentive service! The second time, more recently, we were a bit disappointed. The food was still good but the service was less than stellar. Friendly enough but the waiters seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than helping customers. Slow to take our order, Slow to bring out our food, Slow to take our money! We'll still be back but won't be as excited.

Not enough staff and crazy long wait time. We gave up and went somewhere else.

The food was alright, but we could never really find our waitress because she was so busy! During the dinner rush, expect the wait to be a little longer (and they don’t take reservations). Definitely a bustling and fun place though!

We both had the trout and sweet potato fries. Delicious! For dessert we had raspberry cheesecake which was amazing. We loved it so much we came back for breakfast! French toast and veggie omlette. Must visit!

Offers a black bean burger option for vegetarians. It was good! I suggest adding the grilled onions and mushrooms. The sweet potato waffle fries were good as well.

The food does the job: nothing special but nothing bad.
However, the service was terrible. No one welcomed us with a hello. Server came and ask « ready to order » but came 3 times while eating to pay the bill.

Dirty room. Bra found on the carpet that wasn't vacuumed. Next upgrade standalone room has no hot water and mattress way lumpy and soft. Fish and chips in restaurant was cold, even when second attempt.

Great food, great service, the portions were really big, so no one had to leave hungry. The ambience can certainly still be worked on. All in all top👍
