We came at 7:45 o’clock. The waiters ignored us for 10 minutes and then told us that they couldn’t serve us. We were calling for half an hour but not a single call went through before we got there.

I would describe the vibe of this place as “grim acceptance”. Maybe it was just an off day.
We waited a long time to be seated but there aren’t a lot of options nearby so… fine. The menu was short which is generally a good thing but about a third of the items were unavailable so really not a lot to choose from. Fine. The food took about 45 minutes to come out but again… fine. The place was so cold that most people were wearing their big jackets… fine. The food was bland and both plates had the wrong sides, which at this point we were not even going to point out. Fine.
The point is that if I find myself in the area I probably would go again because there aren’t any better options nearby. Grim acceptance. It’ll be fine.

This review is strictly for the restaurant, not the hotel. We came here before Thanksgiving and the place was packed, so we ordered to-go. The lady who helped us was nice but was hesitant to give us our receipt until we repeatedly asked for it. We realized they charged us an extra $10 for to go citing that they charge for containers and cutlery. It was only the second time in my life that I get charged for take out. lol
The food itself was so-so. The trout was decent. The steak was two stages undercooked. We ordered medium, but when we cut into it, blood oozed right out. We had to microwave it to increase its doneness. The sides and fried green beans were good.
I've been to this place a few times in the past and it was much better. Perhaps this time was an off day.

Took way to long to deliver the food, nearly an hour. Food was highly subpar with orders that had missing items or alterations from what we ordered. I got the tenderloin steak and was thoroughly disappointed as it was chewy and low quality.

We showed up with a big party on Christmas day. The service was great the food was yummy. Very clean and friendly.

The trout with aspergus was delicious.

Great place. Good food. The only place to get an alcoholic beverage without buying a buffet meal. There us a state liquor store inside another hotel/restaurant/grocery store. Must check opening hours.

This is a nice cozy, western themed restaurant. We had a western burger and a chicken club. I had sweet potato fries as a side. I felt like the hamburger was a little overcooked but had great flavor. The chicken club was really good too. The sweet potato fries were very good. Some of the best I've had in a long time. While a little pricey, I would return next time we head to Bryce. (Everything is pricey in the area.) Also, if you need a break from packed Ruby's, this is the place.

Wasn't open when both Google and their sign said they were open. Disappointing

We stopped here after a long day at Bryce, and all of us ordered different burgers. Unfortunately, none of them were great. My burger came out overcooked, to the point the char was bitter, and overall it just wasn’t enjoyable. We still ate because we were hungry, but the quality wasn’t what we expected.

Service was okay, but our server seemed pretty tired or done with the shift, which made the experience feel a bit off.

Atmosphere was nice though, and the place itself looks good.

Hope they improve the cooking on the burgers, because the location is convenient for travelers.
